AWFUL EXPERIENCE
December 15, 2017

I am so disappointed. I ordered fingerlings for my little girls Christmas presents a month ago. They still have not arrived. I am going to have two upset little girls Christmas morning. Shocking company with no morals.

I ordered a shirt from them a while ago, and I say it's worth the risk. I live in Canada and the shipping took around 3 weeks to arrive to my door, but the shirt was worth the wait. It's relatively good quality considering the cheap price (around $4CAN) and well printed

I had read some pretty bad reviews about Dresslink, so I thought: I'll only buy one thing and I'll see how that works out. If it turns out bad it's not like I lost a lot of money. So I ordered something and a week later it arrived. Seeing the fact that the clothes are quiet cheap I didn't really expect to get a Chanel or something. I was afraid it would be such a bad quality that it would be unwearable. But when I opened my order I was really releaved. I would say it's H&M-quality. And at H&M you can't buy a coat for 15 euros. So for me this is good enough, I don't keep clothes long, so it doesn't need to be everlasting. So I would say, if you are just looking for something different and not to expensive Dresslink is certainly a good site. If you're looking for clothes that looks expensive, maybe you should search somewhere else.

I ordered a dress that took forever to come in. It was too small and thats not what bothered me. I knew the size might not fit but I needed it for a wedding and just wanted to see. Trying to get in touch with someone about a return was very difficult and trying to get my money back was also difficult. They tried to bargain with me and give me $5 in a refund and keep the dress. The dress is a 1920's themed dress that I can not wear anywhere else so I politely declined and asked for my refund. Etc Etc Etc just got an email today that they have got my return but something is wrong with the dress and they are only giving me $8... I put this dress on once and didnt even zip it up then immediately put it in a box to return it so therefore if the dress is messed up then it was messed up when they sent it. At this point I dont even care. I just want others to know these people are very shady.

Awful company!

On November 15,2017, I ordered what I thought was an authentic fingerling (black) from Dresslink because that is what the picture showed. I didn't receive it until December 26,2017 after Christmas. Box crushed, both ends open and said "Happy Monkey", not Fingerling! Have emailed them requesting FULL REFUND and that if they want this piece of garbage back, they will have to send me a postage paid return box, as I will not pay any shipping costs for something I didn't order! Terrible company and awful customer service! Do not order from this company!

TERRIBLE!

I placed my order 2 months ago and it hasn't even come as yet! I also paid for it to be posted with a tracking number and the tracking number doesnt even work!

COMPLETE RIP OFF!

Don't waste your time or your money!
This was my first time shopping with dresslink and certainly will be my last.

I figured this was one of those 'low cost / from China' websites but when I saw 'Shipping 6-8 Days' I figured I was in the clear to receive my item in time for my event. After purchase I received an e-mail stating that my package would arrive in up to 20 days. After emailing for clarification I got a vague email from "Bree from Customer Service Dept" that my parcel was at my local post office for pick-up even though the tracking in her e-mail lists it as in China. Shady. I think the positive reviews on here are from the company itself.

Absolutely NOO!

When receive my items I figured out that most of them don't fit me or weren't what I expected, so I decide to make a Refund. Just to make clear, I made an order of more than $100 + Shipping. FIRST of all, they don't have any customer support ( telephone, email) on their page, I had to google it (Bad Sign!)... SECOND, After a couple emails with "Shirley" from Customer Support, she decide to have me just $4 bucks to solve the problem! WHAT? My order was more than $100! THIRD, She gave me the option to send it back all items, what I did, And now I'm waiting more than two months for my refund because "they don't find the parcel".

It's TRASH!... If you want to waste your money, Send it to me instead... maybe I can recover.

On October 18th I made a purchase and got the "expedited" 2-7 business day shipping. It is now Oct 31st and when I log into my account it says that my item is still in "Payment Review" whatever that means. Money definitely came out of my account so I don't know how it's still in review. The annoying this is this was part of a costume for an event that already passed so now even if it does ship it's of no use to me. I've messaged them on Facebook and Paypal and their phone number doesn't even work. I have had ZERO response. Companies like this need to be SHUT DOWN!

DressLink was a savior in disguise. I was able to get a plus size dress for myself that fit my body really well and showed of my curves. All the prices are really good as well and I especially love the quality and texture of the dress

I am actually new here because I did not know about DressLink until a cousin of mine referred me. At first I was not sure about purchasing from them following the many scam stories on the internet. Contrary to what I expected, I must say that DressLink turned out to be the place I had been looking for. This online shop defines quality in its realest sense - from the dresses to the customer experience. Today, I can proudly say that DressLink is my favorite online shop following their timely delivery of products as well as the level of customer sensitivity. Your website is excellent, this is the second time I buy shoes in this store and I LOVE your products! I've ordered red led light shoes and it's as red as in the website and the product quality is good.
The shoes are very comfortable, the size was matched and the package came very fast, I think in 23days.
The light is very strong and you can clearly see it in a daylight.

The price is worth the shoes, thank you for the good service I will definitely order from you again.

Ordered shoes 08/09... still waiting on an order that is expedited 4-7 days. Before you ask Bree the order number is DLNP58X77 but wait that is the tracking number is you add_CN to it. These people live in another parallel universe where 1 day equals 1 to 2 weeks here. I paid with Paypal so I can open a dispute tomorrow when the package is not here and reverse their payment as the terms where pay after delivery. Either get it together or find some other payment sources as I'm sure chargebacks are costing you a fortune. Don't buy unless you want to deal with broken English, promises and continual lies.

The worst operation on the internet I have come across. The 20% first time customer didn't work, so I did a live chat to their customer representative. He said he would apply it when the order went therough so I placed the order. No discount was ever replied. The goods were received a month later. They were shoddy and a ridiculously small size for a 'large' - nothing like the sizing guide they promote on their website. When I told them I anted to return it, They said it would be at my cost to China which made it not worthwhile. DON'T BUY FROM THEM!

To be honest, when I first discovered dresslink, I was excited about the cute clothes, shoes, accessories etc, and can't forget about the affordable prices, but I ordered something early December and now it is January 24 and I have not received anything. My item is untrackable, and my other item I purchased, is lost. So lessoned learned, won't buy anything from dresslink again. (From USA)

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Ordered a few times, and they were okay. But ordered a pair of shoes like 4 months ago, but it wouldn't come in the mail. So i emailed them regarding the order a 2 months ago, and they reply 2 weeks later saying that the shoes were returned to them. They then asked if i wanted a refund or if i want it to be resent. I asked for a refund; they then said that they would give me the refund in 72 hours. It's been 4 weeks since they said the refund would be made, and i have yet to receive it. I emailed them again asking for the refund to be made within 24 hours; they are ignoring all of my messages now. They can't take responsibility for their mistakes; overall, i would recommend you to not order from them

Don't buy here

I wanted a skater gown for a wedding and dress link had the perfect one, not thinking about looking at the reviews I went on to purchase the dress and a bow belt accessories to go with the dress my total came out to 42.50 I paid for express shipping considering I needed it by April 29, and once I paid and received the order number. I went to read reviews and I was hoping my experience wasn't going to be a bad one, it made me nervous so I went back to check my order it said canceled and they had already took the money out the bank. After stalking the Web for customer service numbers I called four or five, never got through... so had to go to the computer found one number left a message only for a lady to email me to tell me I need to get a refund from my bank... please don't buy here...
