Purchased item, arrived damaged. I paid for the $1.99 shipping insurance to pay for free returns. Tried to return and they want me to pay for the shipping. Bree, just keeps giving me the run-around. Finally, had to contact bank and stop pmt on credit card as they are a fraud. Operates out of another country, and responds in broken English at 2am. No phone number to contact. Filing complaing with Better Business Bureau.

Now you want to return back, Yes, of course you can return it back and you do have paid $1.99 shipping insurance, You will get your full refund, including return shipping fee and item fee back after we get the parcel from shipping company.
