I ordered a dress from Dresshead that was supposed to be made of 100% cotton. In reality it was made of cheap polyester spandex and very thin material. It was dark blue but you could still see right through. The seams are uneven, the fabric had snags. Even at their cheap prices, it is still a complete waste of money. Try and write a review on this website and you will find that you can't.
This was my first time ordering from Dress Head and I was skeptical about ordering from this site because I never heard of it until just recently and it had past bad reviews. So I decided to try anyways and I'm glad I took the chance. My order was delivered early and it was what was promised. I am happy with my order I will be back and refer others to this site.

I got my dresses, after waiting more than two weeks, and when I finally got them only one of my four dresses fit. I am completely dissatisfied! I would not ever recommend these people!
When I ask them for return information, all they did was say that I had to return it to Hong Kong at my own expense. They didnt even give me return information!
I have completely wasted my money!
I purchased several items and was please a few and dissatisfied with a few. When I requested information to return the few I didn't like, I was asked why I wanted to return them. When I explained my reasons, they disputed and said I should look at descriptions again, then stopped answering me. Before you purchase make sure you can live without the product and your money because they will not honor their 100% guarantee or easy return policy.
I am completely satisfied with my order. My jumpsuit is very comfortable and fits well. The tracking was accurate and shipped 2 days before the scheduled date. This is my first time ordering from dresshead.com I was sceptical about it from reading the bad reviews, but I'm impressed.
Order was long to arrive and then the Large was not true to size. I have contacted them at customer support several times, still waiting to hear back. They say easy returns. I just want to order the next size up as I like the shirt very much and not asking for refund of money.The dress I ordered also was a little snug for size but will make do. I would not refer anyone to this site if they cant do better for their costumers.
I ordered clothes in December and never received my order so I contacted the company which kept telling me that it was delivered on December 16. I replied not to me. They sent the same email that it was delivered on December 16. I again sent the response "Not to me". This happened again and again with no real resolution. I asked them what was their policy and I got the same response that it was delivered. This was my first time ordering from them and it has been an awful experience. I just gave my money away and got nothing to show for it. Didn't even deserve a star for this poor service.
So I have been looking for a nice floral summer dress and came across DressHead's website and decided to take a look. They had a lot of nice dresses but when I came across "The One" i just knew I had to have it. I was a little skeptical as once in a while what you see online is not exactly what arrives, however, I was pleasantly surprised by this head turner. I went by the measurements they showed and ordered the medium. It is a flower print with white background maxi dress with a flared hem at the ankle. OMG is it gooorgeous! My husband dropped his jaw when I came out with it on. Made me feel so pretty and a real sexy fit yet classy at the same time. It's a mermaid cut but just barely and so gosh darn lovely I could wear it anywhere. Dinner, wedding, lunch, work or just out shopping when you want to feel like a lady. Form fitting but not tight and the red and flowers against the white background makes it really stand out. A little red lipstick and I'm the bell of the ball. Love it!
Since finding this site I have purchased an obscene amount of items, that I adore. Clothes fit true to size and fabrics are of quality. Customer Service and returning are hassle-free, consistent, and rapid. I will be buying more.
What they call "leather" is in fact thin vinyl! The clothing is GARBAGE. Sizing is all over the map ( i. E. 2-3 sizes either way... seriously). They claim 12-15 days business day for international shipping however, I placed an order in September... it is now November 27th and I still don't have 3/4 of my order. What I have received is JUNK. They do NOT allow product reviews and all their "positive reviews" on site are fake. The best way to describe them would be to say they are the outlet store of EBAY! STAY AWAY!
I ordered an item and when it came it looked nothing like the picture and the material quality was so bad that you could see through it. They said I could return it but would have to pay shipping. The rate to send it back was $100. I called PayPal and they did refund me and I trashed the outfit. Do not get anything from this place!
I love their clothes and jewelry and if we could get our orders faster it would be much better! But until butthead is out of office, we will have to wait. But these clothes are worth it! Thank You Sandra
I ordered a green blazer in a 2XXL because I'm a US women's 12. It's too tight, very thin and it looks nothing like the photo. It arrived with a hole in the back, on the right shoulder blade. I can't wear this or cover up the hole. Not to mention the stitching was unraveling from the hem and sleeves. Shipping was on par, even during the pandemic, but don't waste your money or time with this site.
I love this company. The quality and fabrics are outstanding. The only problem is the sizing. They run very small. European sizes are much smaller than American sizes. I wear an. External large here. There size that fits me is a 4X. Now no one sees the tag that says 4X but you. It's beautiful. I just love the whole company. If I have a question I just email them and they get right back to me. The shipping cost is high but the cloths are so affordable I just include that as part of each item and your still getting a bargained. Don't for get these are coming overseas and have to go threw customs. I will continue ordering for myself and daughter. The give aways you just can't beat. Love this company Dresshead. Give them a chance.
I ordered items and when they arrived hated every single one of them. The site advertised "100% satisfaction" and "free returns" and you get neither of those. Contacted customers service and they said I would have to pay the return fee to HONG KONG! Yes that is right and did not even provide me an address or an alternative. Also when I asked about my refund they said that I would not get it until they received the items all the way in HONG KONG! What legit company does that false advertising and then wont refund your money until they get the products... who is to say they will be honest enough to say they received them when they cant advertise honesty! I want to warn ppl about this company and ensure that they do not purchase from them and go through what I am at this time.
I'm sorry, but this company, although they have cheaply priced dresses, will not contact you back if you have any issues after the purchase. The customer support email returns to you undelivered. There is no phone number. They will also send you clothes you did not order. It is worth going to another company that's reliable and contacts you back. This company is not worth it. Do not fall prey.
I received these items in expected time. And the clothes are in good quality.
Good luck that i got some of summer clothes and swimsuit at $0.99 because of the promotion of Seasonal commodities on sale.

Don't buy anything! They have the worst quality, from what you see in pictures you will get a super cheap poor quality version of it. When you try to send things back they don't respond or don't give any help at all, they just told me to pay the shipment back to the location in Hong Kong.
Beware- this is a knockoff site shipping out of China. Pictures are all lifted from other sites. Ordered two items, took over three weeks to arrive and BOTH items were damaged. One dress was snagged and the other snagged and sleeve was half torn off three inches from hem. Poor quality and cheap fabric. Received a refund for items but not for shipping and tax, so out money for stuff that is unusable.
I payed $16 for a pair of heels. They had a notification on their websites stating "workers
Will be on holiday from February 1- February 11. I hadn't received a tracking number so I contacted them. Come to find out, my shoes were never going to be shipped. Do not ever make a purchase with them.
