I frequently order items from Hong Kong and China due to the low cost of the items and am willing to wait a month if it is a good deal. Absolutely TERRIBLE - I wear a US Size Small /32", having experience with sizing overseas and recognizing that even at 105 lbs I'm a big fat American, I ordered a size Medium for my 12 year old neice and size Large for myself. The bust measurement of the 2 shirts was identical! The only difference between "Medium" and "Large" was 3cm (not a typo -- not 3 inches but 3 centimeters in the arms). The quality of the garment was substandard and the stitching uneven. I contacted customer service inquiring how to return the shirts. I received a response advising that their warehouse was in Hong Kong and I would have to pay the shipping cost. I replied confirming that I would indeed pay for the return shipping and asked to be provided with a physical address and phone number for the business. No response. I sent a follow-up email. No response. I sent a 3rd email. And so now I am writing this warning and will plaster it everywhere I possibly can as it is business like DressHead that give foreign sellers a bad reputation. DO NOT BUY from DRESSHEAD! If you have money to burn and time to kill instead of sending your money to DressHead and spending your time attempting to contact their 'customer ignore' department, donate your time/money to a charity -- at least you won't be expecting something in return!
UPDATE 2/6/18:
Update: I'd paid for my purchase through PayPal and after DressHead refused to respond to the California Better Business Bureau's request for information (US address for the corporation is in CA so I filed a complaint with the CA BBB) I filed a claim with PayPal. PayPal received a response from DressHead and forwarded it to me -- DressHead provided their address to use for shipping in CHINESE! Okayyyyy PayPal., someone overlooked that tiny detail. The USPS won't send to China using an addresss written in Chinese. BUT I'm not going to let DressHead get away with ripping me off, I've come this far so I call PayPal. After 37 mins on the phone with PayPal and escalation to a manager (who also could not read Chinese), they promised to obtain a translation. Today I received an email from PayPal with the below address and PayPal is paying for the return shipping.

Updated 3/9/18: Because I shipped to the address provided by Merchant to PayPal and uploaded a copy of the tracking information provided by the USPS, PayPal issued me a full refund. It was a SIGNIFICANT pain in the butt to go through all of this but I wasn't going to let DressHead.com get away with ripping me off and you shouldn't either. 1 .If you paid for your order with PayPal, file a complaint with PayPal.
2. If you paid for your order via credit card - check with your cc provider to see what their procedures for cc charge disputes.
