Dresshead doesn't have a good customer service. I bought shoes that are not comfortable and smells awful plastic and they don't accept returns. The sight claims can be return but when I tried to contact them with 3 emails, they ignored all my emails.
I never do business with them again

One star is way too many! This company is the worst. Your garments arrive looking very different than the pictures you see. They use the cheapest fabric! Notice none of the descriptions say what type of fabric is used. Each piece probably costs them $1 to make. They say " very easy returns!" What they don't tell you is that you have to pay to return it to Hong Kong even though their package says it came from a distribution center in NY, and they refuse to even give you the address where to return it to. The sizing is all wrong! I am a size 6 us- I ordered XL on purpose and they are too small for me. One tent dress actually fit around but the arms and shoulders are for little children. I used their measurements and the pieces came not matching the measurements- not even close. One piece was sewn inside out with the pictured trim on the inside of the dress. Total RIP OFF! BEWARE!

I ordered clothes and paid international postage from America to Australia.
The items arrived (shipped form Australia!) and they are of the worst quality you could imagine. One sleeve is longer than another (see photo) Customer service less than worthless and to get a refund I have to pay international postage - this time to CHINA>! Wow. Avoid these scammers at all costs.

I was checking that it could deliver outside of US. Payd the shippingfee that was described on the website. Gets contacted cause they wanted me to pay and additional shipping fee! The shipping would end up on MORE than what I'd pay for the product's! And when i asked why they hadn't changed it on their website, they say they just wouldn't do it. So be aware on additional anything! They better give me my money back quick as F**k!

I ordered around the 15th of March here it is April 1st and no reply back I emailed them three times and no reply or nothing I'm not letting them take advantage of me I will be reporting this to the BBB! Facts!

I found this website through google.com, the prices of two sandals were very good so I ordered the 02/08/23. They emailed me that same day to check my postal address. I never received another email, so on February 15th I requested an update by email. The representative said it should go next week, and then nothing. I sent an e-mail on 02/21/23 saying if the order doesn't get out tomorrow which was today 02/22/23 just to cancel it. I got an email that same day saying canceled. Very bad customer service, no answer explaining what's going on with my order. To try to keep me since this was a new customer and I would have ordered again and told family and friends. ONLY a reply indicating that it has been canceled. HORRIBLE COMPANY.

Okay, first for all you haters - you are looking for top of the line clothes/merchandise for cheap $ - you need to burst you're bubble of I bought 20 pairs of shoes for $10 and they were cheaply made, come back down to reality. If it doesn't fit, really --- I know what size I like to say I wear, but depending on what I am buying and from what manufacturer I go up and down in #s, I am never the same size continuously.

My first experience was a learning one, but I will be ordering again. I ordered 8 pairs of shoes (I wear high heels and boots continuously... so the wear on them is almost daily... finding a shoe repair person out here in the sticks USA is near to impossible, so this is why I lean more toward the cheaper shoes... I don't feel bad when they wear out, as I did not spend a lot on them). Delivery was a wait, about 3 weeks - wasn't thinking about the shipping from China. Yes they weren't top quality made (some were plastic... pretty bright colors... loved em), yes a couple of them were a little smooshed from their journey - but the first pair I wore in the office were admired, and I thought they were comfortable. There is a bit of a smell to the items when they arrived, but I sprayed them, and each pair of shoes came in its own personal bag, individually wrapped. I will say the freebies, are definitely on the cheapy/crappy side... but what do I care, I got 8 pairs of colorful stiletto's for under $100 (including shipping).

Worst company ever, is like buying at a non good quality dollar tree store, because the actual dollar tree stores have good products better quality. Don't trust this people they are the worst!

Not only could I not figure out how to my item that fit incorrectly (a pair of shoes) they expect me to pay the return fee. I find it ridiculous when companies expect you to pay the return fee when their items come looking different than the website. I emailed them to return my order and they did not even answer my question. I gave them a detailed email of what the problem was and their response baffles me.

Number one, Dresshead's website states that there is "free returns", "unlimited". When I requested a return I was told that the merchandise came from Hong Kong and I had to pay for returns. Number two, the shoes were cheap, plastic and not like pictures. They were ugly

I ordered a 40lb tub full of chlorine tablets for my pool instead I got a hair cap that cost about $1 and I spent over $60 on what originally thought I ordered. This is a total scam do not buy. And if you do it'll probably take at least a month or more to get the wrong product since it comes directly from china.

They asked me to pay twice the shipping fee saying it will be the only way if I want to receive wtf there's no way to cancel etc my order I'm emailing them for a refund but silence I'm so pissed TABARNAK VOLEUR VOLEUR VOLEUR VOLEUR

I think the negativity about this co. Is misplaced, I regularly order from Dresshead and have nil complaints.
I am a cross-dresser and prefer this co. To any other for value.

Purchased a pair of shoes at Dresshead. They only give you one option for shipping US Postal Service with a cost of $3.99 per item. Paid for the item and shipping. Several days later they came back asking for 9.00 usd MORE for shipping. Saying you have to pay additional shipping although it is not noted on their website. (item was only 6.99) shipping is higher than item

Do not order anything from this website thinking that it is affordable! They are charging you over $30 in shipping and with that total you can buy from better affordable online websites.
I ordered 9 items about 2 months ago and paid $35 for shipping. You would think with that shipping price I would have received the items now. Nope. I only received the pjs I ordered and it was so low in quality that I can not even use it. I contacted the customer service many times to track my other items and still no response. I had to report this site to my credit card institution as a fraudulent website.

I ordered some dresses in extra large for women, those dresses were made for Barbie dolls! I couldn't even put my head through! Their customer service is horrible, I'm out 83$ but with a lesson well learned!

Ordered two fun sweatshirts as a gift. One with King and other Kings Queen. Ordered both in large size.
What arrived was two sweatshirts with King on them, and instead of being large were so small that my wife who is a small could not get them over her head.
Asked for a refund and they stated I would have to pay for the return as the store was in Hong Kong. Then asked for photos which i forwarded. The breply was they were not in the same format as they use. Repeatedly asked for a refund as it was their fault but all you get is excuses and delay.
Stay well clear if your considering buying anything from them. Total waste of time and money
