I've been ordering for over 2 years now and love their clothing and shoes. One suggestion is to always size up as the sizes are small. I just wish the shipping cost was set instead of per item. Great customer service experience every time I need assistance
Cheap doll clothes quality. Picture doesnt match product received. Ordered tye dyed got water paint brush like design. Irregular/defective like items. Tag for brand and size removed. Product take to long to receive. Claims they are US based but warehouse in Hong Kong returning items cost more than items itself even when you've paid for the shipping to you anyway. Ladies, Please dont waste your time especially if you need something for a special occasion!
There were a few items that didn't work out the way I expected. After contacting Customer Service (via email) they representative was courteous and quick to respond. They handled my return in a fast and fair manner
Dresshead orders arrive 2-3 weeks after order. However the sizing is terrible! I'm an XL size woman. I've ordered 2X from them and it all still fits like a medium! Also it's sweatshop poorly made clothes that looks like a house mom seamstress put together. Guess that's what you get when you pay $1.99 for an outfit. Spend a little more money in the states.
I previously wrote a review, saying I contacted Discover to investigate my order, it worked. They could not have responded quicker -- by their one contact e-mail. I got my order, complete and they were begging me to stop the investigation with my credit company, who in turned involved Paypal and they did not want that. That was the credit conduit I took
Beware of this company, bad reviews alerted me to contact company after not receiving big order. If you visit the website you get Paypal #. Who ever heard of no company number? I now have contacted Discover to investigate.
I spent171$89$products&3.99$ products items shipping. When I inquiry into shipping cost from there address in California to mine in portland oregon it was 18$for a 4 day delivery! Sweater dresses of cotton and lyerax were not as described! Took 14 days to receive tracking number then 10 days more to receive sub quality clothing and disappointment. A waist of money. Time.
Cheap dresses yes... good for wearing around the house. Took weeks to get my order, but it did come. Will have to make some alterations to be satisfied with the product, but what can you expect paying 5.99 per item. Might order again if a website picture looks really tempting. Concerned however about all the negative reviews... so we shall see!
I've ordered clothing from Dresshead twice. I'm still waiting in my second order so this review is really based on my first. Delivery was decent considering the shipment is coming from China. About a week and a half. The quality of the items was hit or miss. Some dresses fit great and nice quality while other outfits looked completely different. It's hard to know which ones will be sent as advertised so it's a risk you have to take. For $5-8 you get what you pay for I guess.
Don't order coming from China and quality of clothes is what you pay for. They don't fit extremely small and very short. Charged hefty shipping costs bag they came in cost $5 to mail. Can't get any worse than this.
Prices are unbelievably low. I purchased 12 items, received 10.2 were out of stock.
After my complaint they finally refunded me for those items. Most of them are very nice, comfortable. 1 item is pretty low quality. Not sure it will hold up to one wearing. However, 3 items were to small. They say 100% Guaranty Free Returns, they say returns will be handled in the US through UPS.
Now they are fighting me on the returns, saying I would have to pay shipping to Hong Kong. They offered a free dress with my next order if I just kept the clothes that don't fit. Does me no good. I filed complaints with the FTC and BBB.
Remember, you get what you pay for. For price I will probably use them again. For customer service I won't like it.
I order 11 garments and a pair of shoes. I did receive the garments, the quality is poor to fair. The shoes I did not receive at all. The package came with a note that two items were out of stock and that the money was being refunded to my PayPal account, however, I didn't pay with PayPal, I paid with credit card, and the money was NOT refunded. You only get one chance to keep me as a customer and you sure don't do it by ripping me off! I am angry! This is exactly why I hate buying from Chinese companies. They steal and have no respect for the consumer. Never again DressHead. I'm not going to fight to get $20.00 back, but lesson learned. In the end you lose by being greedy!
It is a China company so the sizing and shipping time frame are what you'd expect. There are times where items are out of stock but they are good at crediting our account for anything missing. So far they've replied anytime we've had questions or issues. Overall, if you have reasonable expectations for inexpensive items and plan your sizing accordingly, we haven't had any major issues.
Terrible/rude/slow communication. Dishonest return policy. They want you to pay to ship things back to China. Do NOT order from DressHead. Waste of time & money. Extremely poor quality clothing, you would be better off buying cheap clothes at Walmart/Target than DressHead.
I ordered 9 items for $108. I ended up throwing away all but one. They do not honor their return policy. Most of the items were WAY too big and poor quality. The product that are delivered, are no way near the product shown in images on their website. False advertising and Fraudulent. It took nearly 1 month for the clothing to arrive. I urge you not to order from this site. The customer service is unacceptable and someone should shut them down!
I've ordered clothes from DressHead several times and never had a problem...most of the time the items arrive early! I think it's pretty good for the prices you pay!

I ordered 5 items from them, and even though I used their size chart (because their sizes are NOT even close to U.S. sizes) none of them fit and were extremely bad quality. My order took over a month to get here. I'm getting the same runaround as I see others have experienced to try to return them. They just say return at your expense to Hong Kong with no address. My overall rating is ZERO.
I blindly ordered twice and they have yet to even give me a tracking number but they quickly took my money. They have already almost ruined my vacation! I ordered some vacation wear and it's been a few days with no tracking number or an email from them (only PayPal) to say they've received my order. I am so upset. I'll stick with Amazon and trust websites. I'm very upset at this point and will never use them for retail again! This is a horrible experience. I knew things were too good to be true! They don't even have a telephone number. I've emailed them and have yet to get a response.
Even though the heels are a little high I am still quite comfortable wearing them. The way they're constructed allows me to rest on the ball of my foot rather than standing on my tip toes. And the quality is very good for the price. Will be ordering more.
On May 12 I purchased three items and paid by paypal and was informed that I would receive an email with my tracking number which I never received. I sent them various emails and they finally responded asking for my shipping address which I repeatedly gave them. No news from them no news about my order, nothing! At least I'm only out $32.94 but Do Not Waste your hard earned Money on these losers!
