Horrible quality

I am very very displeased with this website. I ordered a number of things and almost every single item came about 3 sizes to small. I looked up the return policy and emailed support to get the return address as stated. They ask for my order number and sku number for my items I wanted to return which I supplied. They then said that the warehouse is in Hong kong and that I would need to pay the return shipping to send it back to them. I agree said I would pay it and ask it I would a refund for those products once received, Lucia said from Dresshead said that I would and stated the warehouse once again was in hong kong. I told her I understood and ask for the address once again. This stated June 26,2020 and every email I receive from Lucia says "The warehouse is in Hong Kong you will need to pay return shipping to us." No address has been sent. Im getting frustrated, I feel like they are trying to stall past their 30day return policy and then will try to say its not eligible. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS WEBSITE AT ALL! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PRODUCTS!

When I first stumbled on this website I thought Wow! These ppl have great deals for get looking clothes! So I made my first order. I seen three beautiful dresses that I had to have and I picked size Large because that's my correct size. The order came and I immediately (Attempted) to try them on. Once I managed to squeeze my body into the dresses I realized for 1. They were so far from the right size, felt like two sizes too small and one actually tore a little when I tried taking it off. When mornings hours came about I messaged customer service to get an even exchange for the two dresses that were not damaged. Never in my life did I ever get such RUN AROUND. They messaged me back and forth saying they will discount my next order and not once they agreed to give me the address to exchange. One guy came out of nowhere and was basically saying not going to happen. I went as far as copying and pasting their return/refund policy and it clearly started you as the customer can request and exchange within the first 30 days. I was a week away from that dead line and when I pointed their policy out, let's just say I got no response. Fine. Within a day I received a refund on my PayPal for one dress. I gave them a second chance and ordered a beautiful Long** dress, it's white on the top and navy blue bottom. The model online shows the dress reached the ground and she was tall. I finally got the dress. Not only was the XL a little difficult to get in but the dress stopped right below my calf muscle. FALSE ADVERTISING, LIARS, CHEAP QUALITY, NONEXISTENT CUSTOMER SERVICE, WASTE OF MONEY! I will NEVER order from these Crooks ever again. Even the link they sent me to write a review didn't work. Ever wondering why on their site you can't find not 1 bad review.

This has been the worst experience ever. I thought i had eveything together i had finally found dresses i couldnt find anywhere and i received them late, they didnt fit, just a quick scan through my long experience. I was trying to return the items for one they were for my graduation ceremony and they came 2 days later that was the first thing is to why im upset, the dresses didn't fit and i looked at the provided measurements, i also had issues trying to get a tracking number and now to sum it all up no one will respond to my emails and i found this is a SCAM PLEASE DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING. The clothing was nothing like the picture only color wise, the dresses were paper thin, they didn't fit i didn't even get into it, there is not customer service number, only email, they are very unprofessional and ruined my day. I ordered in advance so i will have my stuff and got it 2 days after my honoring ceremony. These dresses went to the trash since i got no reply i contacted my bank and i did more research before doing so THIS IS A SCAM! Please please dont go to DRESSHEADS.com
My bank is well known and they disputed the problem asap. They are able to see its a fraud. And it was.

Fraudulent and a Scam!

Would give 0 stars if option was available! First and foremost I ordered close to $200 worth in sales. I ordered a few dresses, 3 pairs of boots and a couple of free items that you got if you ordered a certain amount and pay shipping only. You also pay shipping for each item that wasn't free so shipping is quite pricey regardless of how cheap the items are! I received only half of the order even though I paid in full. I was missing the pink tote, a necklace, one of the dresses and NONE of the shoes were delivered. Mind you while investigating this I discovered they'd charged me for 4 pairs of shoes rather than the 3 I ordered and I received 0 pairs of the shoes paid for... Also it didn't mention on their website but this is being shipped from China, which also explains the pricey shipping fee! The clothing items I did receive looked fair for the price paid although some stitching is already starting to come out of them after having less than 2 weeks, when some haven't even been worn! I'm afraid to wash them, as they seem very delicate. Secondly their sizes aren't true to the average American size even though they are targeting American consumers. I ordered several sweater dresses in Large and it's very tight and revealing which as I was researching reviews was made aware this is a universal complaint and problem with other buyers! I emailed the contact support as there is no listed contact number or address anywhere other than an email. I could not get a response so I reached out to PayPal (which is who I paid through) to dispute funds. The gimmick here is they will only refund you if you ship back the package and it is at your expense! The estimate was between $75-$100 which mind you is close to half of what I paid! They do not offer a paid return shipping label and paypal only offers $30 towards shipping! So needless to say they expected me to pay out of pocket for their mistake and negligence. In addition Lucia aka the support contact only responded to my emails once a dispute was filed and even tried say they'd refund me if I drop the dispute with PayPal! I contacted PayPal to inform them of this and they responded that it was incredibly alarming as dropping the dispute would mean it could not be reopen and that the retailer would keep the money and believes they had no intention on refunding me. The only resolution PayPal offered was for me to receive a refund only after paying out of pocket to ship back the items received. So then I'd be out of money and with nothing to show! Lose lose! I went through my bank to file another complaint and disputed against this shady company and will never trust an online website without thoroughly checking out every review! Stay far away from this fraudulent scam of a business! If it looks too good to be true, it most likely is! Lesson learned. Take it from me and save yourself the trouble and hardship, not worth it!
