I bought 6 bathing suits and all are to small. Unless you are a stick figure with NO butt, hips, or boobs, I strongly suggest that you not order from them. There is no way to return the items and get your money back.
I have ordered twice from Dresshead.
All my orders came on time and nothing was wrong in them. I'm REALLY happy and satisfied with their customer and tracking services.
I will be back when i need anything else in future.
I ordered from Dresshead and mistakenly wrote the wrong delivery address, after which I compounded my error by losing the order number (hey, I'm an old fart). Anyway, through determination and hard work Lucia was able to locate the order and direct me to the house where order had been delivered. Lucia did a great job and went the extra mile to help me, and I have only good things to say about her great effort. Kudos to Lucia at Dresshead!
Wide range and cheap prices. You can tell that it isn't the best quality, but I guess you can't expect that from such prices.
The sizes are pretty small, which is a bit odd since it says in the description of some of the clothes that they are slightly bigger than usual. I'd say ignore that.
Delivery was fast and overall it was an OK experience.
I made a big order for more than 400 USD and the customer service was excellent. My item was delivered quickly to the destination.

The quality of the product is excellent except some few items are a little bit small for the mentioned size for clothes.
The only thing that i will suggest is about the shipping information to advise a little bit more clearer for better purchasing especially when it comes to your buying budget.
I will admit we were nervous because I read previous reviews but I received everything in the expected time frame I was given. I communicated via email and they responded within a few hours and they follow up. I wanted to make sure I received my shipment before Christmas I did my client love their item. Delivery updates via FedEx will definitely make you nervous because it just shows received & in transit but it came at expected time and my boutique and client is happy
Dresshead is one awful sight! I would not recommend to anyone buy from this company! I ordered two dresses and a pair of sandals 2 months ago and they have yet to show up! I cannot track it nor can I contact them they have a customer service number but it's not even a functioning number. Just don't waste your time and cause yourself unnecessary stress! Just don't is not worth it. I would have provided a picture of my merchandise that are ordered but since I never received anything I can't put a picture on here
The$16 sandals that came looked nothing like the cute brown leather ones pictured.
These were a orangey faux leather with glue slopped on that you could see clear up the sides and back.
They had been folded in the bag which left creases in the faux leather so they looked funny on.
Definitely not buying from them again.
I ordered $100 worth of clothing and shoes. I have waited 4 days and still no tracking number. I emailed them many times and they don't even bother to reply. There isn't even a customer service hotline to call it's ridiculous and I'm never shopping there again. If I don't receive a tracking number soon I'm going to find a way to drag this company down. Total example on why you don't shop online!
Used it over and over again. David and Lucia very helpful even if at time they delay in answering but they wi send you back an update. And clothes are as described. I love everything I ordered. Recommended site.
I made order on Nov. 29,2019 revived it today Dec 11,2019. Boots size 10 women look like kids. My sweat suits size large also look like kids, have 2 pants xl look way to small. They was only one item that was right they were little. Purse pouches. Still haven't revived my free item. They will be returned. If you order from here make sure you order way to big. They item are not the right size all these are suppose to be wome
Great clothes! Everything on this site is super cute. I bought myself the best swimsuit ever. All their clothes are unique. The designs are much more fun and interesting than anything you could find at a local store. This is definitely a site to check out.
I found these dresses to be nice. Those complaining about sizing should be looking at the size guide on each item as every item can be different. I had no problem. They automatically refunded one item I assume due to availability & included shipping cost so I can't complain.
I have tried to contact them and everything and can't get anything back. I have made an order and havent gotten and email or anything. Very upset right now because I would like know something about my order as in how long it should take to get here or at least a tracking number for it. I'm not happy and will not be ordering from them again.
I'm a teen from the USA and I ordered $200 worth of clothes. I received everything I ordered 3 days earlier than the date it was said which is so good, and everything was clean and neatly packaged and good material. The customer service workers reply very fast and are very helpful. Before my order shipped they ran out of a certain clothing that I ordered so the nice worker emailed me to ask me if I wanted my money back and I said no I would rather get a different clothing that costs the same so the company won't lose any money and the lady actually let me pick out a different clothing item from the website, and it actually came in the mail, that's how trustworthy and nice this company is. The shipping didn't take long even though the clothes did come from China. It took less than a month to come to America. Trust me y'all if it was a scam I would've gave it 0 stars lmfaoo but it's not a scam it's a trustworthy website so it deserves 5 stars for June 2020.
This is the biggest scam I have ever seen. It takes forever to get your package then your items, which were supposed to be "good quality" are so cheaply made. Never ever will I WASTE my money on this stupid website again.
I got 3 bathing suits (size small in all of them), and i'm very petite, and i got two two-pieces and one one-piece bathing suit. On the two-piece bathing suit, the bottoms were super tight, but the top was super big. So you really don't know what you're going to get. Also, the one piece was tiny on me. Like i said, i'm very petite. I weigh 90 pounds and i'm 4'11. So if you do order, i suggest ordering a size or two above your actual size.

Everything has been great.
Although the parcel need 8-12 days to arrive.
But it is fair as for the stuffs are shipped from their warehouse in Hongkong.
You need to be smart about what you buy and make sure you can receive before you need it right away. ( make sure it wont be affected by the express delivery)
I'm not much of online shopper because of so many scams unfortunately I discovered that this business is messed up! I order shoes and the pair I received is nothing like what I ordered I wanted low ankle strap heels and I'm assuming that they thought I wanted shoes to break my ankle nope sorry. Horrible knowing very hard to find honest sales companies.
