The quality of these dress are below standards. I sent an email to request shipping address to return I was told I would have to send them to HONG KONG. REALLY! They did not fit correctly and the one dress that I really wanted for my sisters wedding was to paper thin. No thank you. THEY NEVER SENT ME THE ADDRESS TO SHIP. I now have to go out shopping for a dress for her wedding. I suppose they don't want these back, so I am out $38.00. Grcinnamon
My clothing took over a month to come on top of that dresshead has horrible customer service and the clothing does not look the same in person as it does in the website
I ordered shoes the same pair from a different site but these are better and I will return to buy more heels along with dresses. I was emailed about the shipment and was responded to the next day :).
My order came in a timely manner and the 2 items I ordered are super cute and amazing for the price. I had a great experience with this company and hope others enjoy the bargain prices.

I have ordered from this website for years. I have really no complaints about the quality since I understand that we always get what we pay for. I always receive my items within 8-12 days (usually 9)
I ordered 2 tops and what I got did not resemble the pics on the website... the material was different and the measurements were way off. I contacted them to return the tops and was told - despite their policy of free return shipping - that I would have to eat the cost of shipping their substandard product back to Hong Kong. They would not budge an inch on this, even when I filed a claim with PayPal and then my credit card company to whom I provided pics of proof - product, screenshots of website, etc. I then filed a report with the Federal Trade Commission. I see they've taken down their claim of free returns but no doubt are still sending product that does not comport with what they advertise. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THESE FRAUDS.
I order a outfit from dresshead. It took 2 weeks for delivery, and it was well worth the wait. The outfit fit me really well. I will be ordering more clothing in the future.
The shirt is super cute, and very comfortable. I love it! Great fit and i most definitely will be shopping here more often. The price is unbelievable.

CHECK THE BUSINESS BEFORE YOU BUY ANYTHING i ORDERED A FEW THINGS AND THEN i DID RESEARCH ON THE COMPANY AND COULD NOT BELEIVE WHAT i READ i CANCELLED THE ORDER WITHIN 2 HOURS AND THEY STILL TOOK MY MONEY ON MY VISA i SPOKE WITH LUCIA/ NO REFUND YET.
They use stock photos from better websites and use the poorly made knockoffs to sell to you. If you wish for a refund you have to send it back to HONG KONG, the address for which is never given to you. This is a fraudulent site where you can only reach "customer service" via e-mail. STAY AWAY FROM THEM.
