Their products look great online, but are CHEAP JUNK when you finally get them! Their 100% satisfaction, free returns is a LAUGH because they do NOT offer free returns. I ordered some nice looking sandals from an online ad. When I did finally get them, OMGoodness were they awful. They didn't fit, strap didn't hold my heel on the sandal and a piece had already broken off and was rattling around in the wrapping. Cheap plastic stuff, with poor stitching. My request for return shipping information only got a response that their warehouse was in Hong Kong and I had to pay return shipping. I contacted PayPal, but they got same response and were unable to help me. I'm not kidding…. THIS COMPANY IS A RIPOFF!

If I could give then a rating of 0 I would. Ordered 2 pairs of shoes and the sizing is too big their sizing chart is incorrect and they are the cheapest cardboard type of shoes. I was told if I wanted to return them I would have to pay shipping to send them to Hongkong. Yet their shipping label on my package says Monroe Township, New Jersey USA. How do I get my money back? I guess i will stick with WISH, DRESS LILY and AMAZON from now on
This is the WORST site for shopping, on a scale of 1-5 with 1 being the lowest, I give the a negative 1 and zero star. They do not honor their Return Policy, The quality of fabric is disgusting. I will NEVER EVER order from this site again, my first and last. I reported them to Better Business Bureau, this strictly a SCAM company. Save yourself from a headache and do not order from them.

I'm not a rich person so I'm constantly looking for deals online. As a busy mom of 3 with a full time job, I try my best to do things as fast, convenient, and inexpensive as possible. I stumbled on this website DressHead. I was shocked how good prices are. I can already tell goods are being produced overseas and transit time will take at least 3-4 weeks. So I bought about $100 worth of product including shipping. Then after purchasing product I decided to look for reviews on DressHead. Upon reading review after review, I was nervous and regretful that I just wasted my money and will not receive all the items I purchased. After 3 weeks of waiting for my package, I timed it perfectly enough that I received my products before Christmas, I got exactly what I bought along with free promotional items. Yes, people are right about the quality of product. What do you expect with the money you pay for? Sizing is perfect for me since I am an Asian girl. If I were to buy a dress for my 17 year old niece who is 5'9 weighing about 180 lbs, then I would get a size or 2 bigger than her actual size. Overall, I am a SATISFIED customer and NO I don't work for DressHead. I'm a very happy customer and I will purchase more items from this site. Remember that this site is overseas so it will take a lot longer than usual for your package to arrive and their models aren't exactly how a normal American girl look like so think twice about sizing. I tried ordering a dress and their website said i needed to complete my transaction, after I'd already gone through PayPal. THEN they charged me 4 TIMES and withdrew from my bank account 4 TIMES. Then, there is NO way to get in a hold of this company to get a refund. They just took my money and I NEVER received my order and STILL NO REFUND. THE WORST COMPANY EVER. They're a bunch of lying thieves. PayPal is issuing a complaint against this company. DO NOT BUY.

HORRRRRRRIBLE, the clothing are literally made by 5 year olds. They steal beautiful pictures from other sites and have their children make a duplicate of it, stitch it by hand and send it to you. I'm so serious. The material, design, stitching, nor color of the item that you order is what you will get not to mention size. If you are a small order XXL no matter what the measurements say if you are larger than a small DON'T BOTHER ORDERING... Nothing will fit...

1) Contact Dresshead via email requesting a refund if they do not advise Paypal to issue a refund...
2) Open a dispute in Paypal's Resolution Center
