Dresshead has been one of my favorite places to shop since my preteens.
They always have cute and trendy dress, and you will get what you pay for.
Loove it!

I, too, saw the negative reviews and was unsure about ordering from this site. However, I took a chance and am glad I did. I ordered two cute shirt dresses, one skirt, a white maxi dress (kind of sheer, perfect for the beach or 90 degree day) and lastly, a cold shoulder sweater.

The prices are great, shipping prices are a bit steep. Quality is not bad, a lot of polyester and/or cotton and poly blends. Washing and fabric composition isn't included on many of the items. I'll wash many items in cold, on gentle cycle with mild detergent. For the prices, let's be real it is NOT Ann Taylor quality, but I don't expect it to be.

Sizing... have a tape measurer and a seamstress on deck. Oh, and go up two sizes or more from your regular size. If you're a U.S. medium order the XL. If you're hippy and have a bit of "junk in your trunk" go up one more and have your seamstress or tailor work their magic.

I shop all the sites and compare prices, look at fabric composition and read the reviews. Unless it says silk, linen, pure cotton or wool, I figure it is going to be a blended material with polyester being high on the list. Yes, sometimes it looks better on the website to than IRL. Sometimes, you are pleasantly surprised. For the prices, I'll take the chance.

Shipping wasn't bad. I was able to track the package. I paid via PayPal and would definitely go that route again. Shipping prices, like I said earlier are a bit steep. It would be nice if they can come down on them. All in all, I'll order from dress head again.

I find Dresshead a fun place to shop. Their staff have always been friendly and helpful. I love the store! The dress and pants i bought are very goood!

I have ordered twice from Dresshead, and all my orders came on time and nothing was wrong in them. I'm REALLY happy and satisfied with their customer and tracking services.

THIS COMPANY IS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! I ORDER 13 DRESSES (ALL THE SAME DRESSES) IT WAS FOR MY CHURCH CHOIR. THE DRESSES THAT I RECEIVED DIDNT LOOK LIKE THE PICTURE OF THE DRESS ONLINE. I REQUESTED TO SEND THEM BACK WITHIN THE 30 DAYS RETURN POLICY. SOMEONE TOLD VIA EMAIL THAT I HAVE TO SEND THE PACKAGE BACK TO HONG KONG. I SAID "THAT IS FINE. WHAT THE ADDRESSS?" I GOT NO RESPONSE. I EMAILED THEM EVERY SINGLE DAY AND THEY WOULD GIVE ME THE RUN AROUND AND NOT GIVE ME THE INFORMATION THAT I NEEDED. THEY NEVER GAVE ME THE ADDRESS TO SEND THE DRESSES AND I NEVER GOT MY MONEY BACK. PLEASE... I BEG OF YOU TO NOT ORDER FROM DRESSHEAD. THEY ARE SCUM AND I AM TRULY DISGUSTED WITH THIS COMPANY.

Had 3 separate orders total price. $234. Recipeived a four items. The items were cheap like Halloween costumes. Not pictured as shipped. They offered me 15% back cuz of warehouse and shipping fees. Never received the rest of my order. TOTAL SCAM DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY EVER. NEVER RECEIVED MY REFUND THEY CLAIM THEY NEVER RECIEVED MY PRODUCT RETURNS. PUT IN A COMPLAINT WITH BBB.

I've purchased a few items they don't look like nothing like the pictures dresshead is the worst they have no contact number I have been e-mailing them since I purchased my items trying to return the items they wouldn't send me the address so I'm fighting to get my money back they are so quick to take your money stay away from this sight cheap isn't always the way to go I'm getting the better business bureau involve I have to try to get my money the worst
