I purchased $85.00 worth of clothing from them. They state free returns on their site and look to be located in California. I understand some people dropship from other countries, but I contacted them and they wanted me to pay shipping back to Hong Kong, which cost almost as much as the items. I also contacted PayPal and opened a dispute. PayPal does not protect their buyers as they want me to pay to return the items to Hong Kong as well. The items I received were horrible quality! See through dresses, swimsuits that ripped as soon as you put them on. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

I was given the 8-12 day delivery time-frame at the time of my order and a tracking number. As I tracked to on Fedx, it was supposed to be delivered November 9th, 2018 (the 10th day). Why when I checked on November 9th, the tracker had a NEW delivery time frame which is more than 12 days... They lied. I needed two of the outfits for an upcoming event and had to settle for a Walmart outfit instead. So frustrating! This is my 2nd time ordering from them. The first time I ordered also was delayed. Unbelievable!

I ordered two dresses about 3 weeks ago and received them yesterday. Shipping was fast and my interaction with the site was easy.

Of the two dresses one was a simple maxi dress and the other a lace and chiffon dress. I paid $6.99USD for them and I am very happy.

The simple maxi dress is beautiful, great fit (true to the size chart[S]), a perfect length (I'm 5'6") and exactly as advertised.

The lace dress was also a great fit (again true to size chart[M]) and perfect length. It was a little cheaper looking than the original photo but still a very nice dress (especially considering the price).

Overall I am very happy with my purchase. I am considering buying the maxi dress in another colour.

My advice would be to stick to simpler items as they seem to be closest to the photos on the site and while the more extravagant pieces are nice they will not reflect the picture as much.

Its wonderfully after I place 3 orders. Customer service emailed me the details order information with the tracking number for each of them.
Excellent and convenient for me to track my orders and I received all of my orders in time.

I had read many negative reviews about DressHead and I was skeptical about ordering. I did receive my full order (8 items), and the free gifts. One of the gifts fell through my sofa and when I wrote to complain I hadn't received it, they sent me a refund for it. I found it days later and when I wrote to them they said I could keep it. Don't shop here if you are expecting high quality merchandise, but I am as satisfied as I can possibly be with what I paid and what I got. Their customer service at least for my order was pretty good. I wasn't expecting much but I was pleasantly surprised

The sizes they advertise are not the size you recieve.
The size I ordered was by their chart guide and it seems it should be correct. What I received was at least 2 sizes small.
And the worst part, they have not sent a address to return back for refund. Instead ive recieved a lot of 'Excuses Not' to return. To a point it p__s me off.
So I have pairs of jeans I can't wear.
I will Never Buy from this site again. And probably not from Hong Kong sites again.

I ordered a dress from them, I knew it wasn't going to be great quality but needed it for a matching "costume" dress. I am normally a M or L, I couldn't find a size chart for the dress but ordered the XL to be safe. I actually got the item (I see many people haven't) but it looked like an XL for a small child! I emailed to ask about returning since online it says free returns (which is one of the reasons I ordered online). I got a canned response that I could pay to send the dress back to the warehouse in Hong Kong. I responded back that the website says free returns so they should pay for shipping. Response back was that they sent the item as ordered and it was my responsibility. Thankful the dress was only $7.99 but warning others!
