I have never had any problems with DressHead and I have shopped with them 5 times without any problems. Their website is easy to use. They thoroughly understand who their target audience is; (young adults) and always include black models in their images and advertisements which is always refreshing to see. I love you Dresshead. :)

I have ordered three times and the third was the last. They mess my order up or don't send it I have to email them three weeks later after I have paid for it.

I'm done with them it's not that good and cheap for me to give them money.

I order two pairs of boots and it has been almost two months and still have not recieved my order. Everytime i email this lucia person she don't address my concerns won't answer my questions besides giving me a tracking number that don't work. Complete scam don't order from these scam artists.

So disappointed about my order. I asked for 4 dresses that in their pictures were totally different that I received it. I asked for my refund and they said I have to send them back to Hong Kong and pay for the shipping cost. I lost $56.00 for nothing!

I ordered 15 items in my first order and got them all in a good time frame. I love all of them and they fit great. The few swim suits were a bit small. I contacted them and they worked with me to get me what i needed. Love it. Thanks

Not to impressed firstime ordering an wouldn't you know that I didn't yet have my tracking #... 8 day after an mind you it said delivery 8-12 days well its now been a month. They said the boots I ordered were being custom made me the 8th day ok cool. But you should specify in the description. Nope they tell you when u ask. An still no tracking # A MONTH LATER...

Warning! Warning! This is a scam. Very bad very bad. I received wrong and cheap dress for trash. They say that accept returns. It is false. They dont have any phone number either. They don't unless you pay an extravagant sum for postage to Hong Kong. Do not buy!

Ive only bought jewelry till my last order. That has not come yet but everything has been as stated. They advised earing with a necklace and did not send them i contacted customer service they sent them in my next order. I was very sceptical because if all the reviews i read but i enjoy shopping on the site just wish they had more pluse size clothing i could try and got in jewelry more often.

I ordered a couple of dresses from this company. When I received them, the material was incredibly cheap and not well made. The sizing is way off. It wasn't even close to what I ordered. I've emailed them multiple times and have not heard a response. All I want is my money back! DON'T, I REPEAT DON'T order anything from this company. I wish I had known ahead of time how awful the customer service and the merchandise is.

I had a lot of great experience with dresshead. I have ordered many there many times before and i've never had problems with the website.

I ordered dresses, shoes and purses. I collected my package in then evening after back from work.
I love all of the stuffs i ordered and i will order more items during the week. I will recommend persons to shop.

I ordered but after a month I emailed to say I never got my order. Their response was it was shipped and received. My response was, "not by me" and I live alone. Their response was, it was shipped and there's nothing we can do. What poor service. I guess they think I'm a liar. I've never been treated so nonchalant. No apology. No nothing. I just gave away money.
