I ordered 5 dresses from them. They are absolutely lovely! While the first dress arrived relatively fast, it took 15 days for the rest to come. However, the company always responded to my query and helped me understand where my parcel could be. The dresses are absolutely lovely - very comfortable and fit perfectly.
I purchased a dress for my daughters wedding. It came sooner than expected. That is the only good thing I can say. The color is wrong, I can't zip it up, the lace inserts are torn in several places, the gather waist is sewn like waves, not one of them is straight. The hemline is crooked also. I did everything they asked took pictures and made measurements. Then they told me it would be easier if I have it fixed by someone local. Fine it is going to cost $75.00 for the repairs. They are not willing to pay for the repairs only give me a discount on the next order. HAHA like I am going to order from them again. Has anyone had any luck getting a refund. Surely they can't just keep ripping everyone off like this.
This is a great site with great customer service! I probably shop here too often; but the clothes last a long time. Their wedding dresses are simply the best. Never, ever had a problem with shipping and they have great promotions.
I purchase a dress for my mother in law for my wedding and it came awful... I paid too much money for a dress made from one of their un professional tailor. I have submitted several complaints about the dress no respond to resolve the problem, please don't buy from this website it's the worst. I would not want you to experience the awful experience I had with them.
Couldn't understand the woman from China's messages when she called very early in the morning and then they had the gall to say it was out of stock, and gave a separate excuse that it was too complex to make in the measurements 35-28-35 and for a person 5 ft 4 inches. Offered an exchange and requested a full refund immediately so I could buy a dress from a reliable source! I also said I wanted and accept no other offers besides a full refund. We will see what their response is and keep updating.
This dress is very cute, especially for the price. Would buy again! The fit is as expected and hits right above the ankle. Please note the rose on the dress has pearls in the middle which is not shown but a great surprise. This dress fits my theme perfectly. I brought this dress for my daughter to wear at my wedding as she is a Junior Bridesmaid and its lovey. The price makes it even more so.
I order a lot of stuff online, including clothing. I have never had someone refuse to let me send the product back. When I got the dress it was made too small, couldn't even get it zipped. The shoulders were not even so the dress would not lay down - and the lace they used was so itchy, even if it did fit I would be miserable all evening at my daughters wedding. I tried working with customer service and their only answer is ' it passed their quality check' - I would hate to see the ones that don't pass their check.
BEWARE - do not order from here as there is no way to return if it doesn't fit or isn't what you thought you ordered. The price may be cheap but I'm stuck with a dress that I can't wear.
The measurements I provided for a custom made dress were apparently ignored. The dress does not fit and I contacted DresSale for return instructions and got nowhere. They demanded "powerful evidence" photos showing the dress measurements, so I sent photos to them on several occasions - each time receiving absurd, illiterate replies. It's my own fault for not realizing DresSale is in the country that sent us poison formula and dog food, and rotten sheetrock. Bottom lines is that all sales are final regardless of whether or not they send you what you ordered.
Love dressale. Have ordered several times from here, they deliver on time, the clothing is pretty cheap, the quality could be better but if you don't want to pay a lot, then this is the way to go, on top of that they have a HUGE selection!
Here I bought a red dress.The dress was even more beautiful in person than in pics. The customer service is very helpful and respond all my emails in hours. The prices are unbeatable! And the quality of the dress exceeded my expectation also! I will use them again with any future occasion in my family.

I've ordered twice from this site. They are very reliable with international orders. This time they didn't have my dress so they emailed me and gave me a chance to exchange it. You can easily chat to them online and they're very very helpful as they can give you extra measurements for example if needed.

Very very upsetting experience I have had with them, ordered a velvet dress and got something else, poor stitching, when I contacted them them, their respond was worse than the dress itself. They will or take the dress back and will not refund my money. If any of you paid by PayPal, you can contact them and they can put in a claim for you. I have contacted them and my claim is now in progress. Don't let them get away with it.
I was happily surprised. The dresses I ordered are lovely and the sizes are fine, not too small as one could fear. This is the first time I have bought anything from DressSale and so far, I am fully satisfied and really pleased about my dresses. The shipping time was very long, but I did not mind. It has been well worth the wait.

My dress was ordered one size larger than I normally wear. Still does not come close to fitting. I have been emailing them back and forth now for ten days. Their response is very rude and belittling. They will not issue a return ticket telling me it is my fault I ordered the wrong size. I ordered a premade size... not an individually tailored piece. If someone has the address to return please let me know as I want this dress to go back to them! I've filed a dispute claim with both my credit care and PayPal. Do NOT do business with them... this has been the biggest hassle ever!
My dress came 3 days before the scheduled date so thank you very much dressale. The quality of the dress is amazing and made to perfection, except for the color was a little darker than I expected but it is understandable shopping online. For anyone considering to buy a dress I would highly recommend the site dressale!
They sent me a dress from jChina, with no size tags, or tags of any kind! No receipt, just post marked from China. The dress was way too small, and I cannot get an address to return it. I am having my credit card dispute this. What a hassle, this company should be turned in to the better business bureau. In fact, I think I will do just that.
Do NOT buy anything from this company. They made me a dress that was the completely wrong size of what I ordered. It's so large in the bust that it cannot be altered. And now they are telling me it's my fault, that I gave them the wrong measurements and they will not refund my money. The dress is also poorly made it looks cheap in all ways. I am so disappointed, I was so excited for a custom measured dress and now not only do I not have a nice dress, but hey will not give me a refund. Their customer service is terrible!
