Can i send my dress back it is not what i expected and may i get a refund

I finally got an address from Dressale to return my dress after my credit card company went to bat for me! Of course, THEN they wanted the dress returned immediately and would not quit hassling me till it was! Worst experience ever! I cannot believe the rudeness of their customer service. They kept telling me "it's your problem, you are the one who ordered the wrong size"... can you believe this?!
