How can i get in contact with a live person? I order my dress last Sunday for this Sunday plus i paid for the two to three day delivery and nothing yet.
Hello, I ordered a wedding dress from you on 8/19/16, order number 183832. Got the dress and love it. However I errored in the bust measurement. Should have been 38 1/2 not 37 1/2. Can I take the dress to a seamstress and have it altered to increase the bust area.
Why do you have so many bad reviews? People have stated that the dresses are too small and don't fit; fabric is cheap looking and nasty and you refuse to give refunds. Why can't you make dresses that are what you advertised on line? Or can't your people sew?
I am looking for my wedding dress & the wedding date is only 2 months away so I am curious about the quality & reliability of this company because I can't afford to receive a dress I can't wear
I know that you make a new website when you used people on that paypal that mess up.

You want my problem with dressales Everything. They mess up with my wedding dress i told them the whole dress suppost to be white Not ivory told them to refund my money. I am not very happy. With the company. Plus i ask them to call me and they never did. The guy told me sunday he mess up. He never told me what he did. I ask what was the phone was. Didn't give me that out. The company suppost to be give that information out to people. I used to be customer service you don't treat like dirty. Then other people in customer keep i was talking keep hang up with 4 to 5 times. That wasn't nice too. I will never buy nothing from you ever again. I am so upset that i am going to get this website. The worst service ever had in my life plus i am getting marry plus they had my color mess up i told them i wanted white and mix with ivory i never told them i never told him that at all. He called me sunday i mess up your dress. I saw the picturces i wasn't very happy at all. I cant have ivory at all it has to be white. I never ask for white from the being. I want all my money back that spend plus i put in everything. I will get a lawyer. I don't joke a round. Get your whole website down period i am not joke with. I am going to look one up today. I want my all my money back asap.

I finally got an address from Dressale to return my dress after my credit card company went to bat for me! Of course, THEN they wanted the dress returned immediately and would not quit hassling me till it was! Worst experience ever! I cannot believe the rudeness of their customer service. They kept telling me "it's your problem, you are the one who ordered the wrong size"... can you believe this?!
