With all due respect, it doesn't matter what they "say." This company is so dishonest. When they get enough bad reviews, they change their name. My order arrived after the promised date and we returned it COMPLETELY UNOPENED, still sealed! When I disputed it, because they would not refund (even though it was their fault it arrived late) they told my credit card company that it arrived worn and smelling like perfume. That was a complete lie! She never even saw the dress bc we did not open the container. I wish I would have looked at the reviews before purchasing. They received the unopened dress to resell and kept my money!

I would not ADVISE you to buy ANYTHING from this company! I purchased two dressed from them and then when I found out that my wedding was canceled, they did not want to give me my money back. They don't tell you that the dresses need to be made. They offered me a refund for the jewelry and asked me to keep the dresses. I didn't need the dresses! They said my bank did a charge back for the full amount and asked for the dresses back. My bank was supposed to be investigating. I checked my account with dressale and it said that they issued a full refund of my money $338.14. I spent $60 sending the dresses back to China... knee nothing about them being there... They took the dresses and never refunded my money. I have sent proof to my bank and the BBB regarding the issue and I had it all in black and white from the account and nobody would help me get my money back! They never responded to my last email about why they didn't give me my money back and why they lied about saying my bank did a charge back! WORST MISTAKE I EVER MADE! WISH I HAD READ THE REVIEWS FIRST! DONT DO IT! USE SOMEBODY ELSE... BUT NOT THEM! DO YOUR RESEARCH AND REVIEWS ON THE COMPANY YOU CHOOSE OR BE OUT OF THE MERCHANDISE AND MONEY! AND THE DRESSES ARE NOT MADE THE WAY THEY LOOK!

From everything I have read about this "company" after I purchased my dress, I do not believe they follow any of their policies. I STRONGLY recommend NOT using this company, it is a scam. They are emailing and now calling me and harassing me to return my order that I have fully paid for. They NEVER reimbursed any money.

DO NOT ORDER! I gave the correct sizes and it was a nightmare! My dress was suppose to be custom made to the measurements I sent. My dress was not even finished when it arrived.

How ling it takes to get your dress when ordering

Unfortunately, there bascally in none! They will refund, if you kick and scream loud enough within the first week of ordering but once they start making that mess called a dress, it's yours forever. Don't waste your breath threatening with the BBB or anything like that... you're dealing with the People's Republic of China. And they don't care. They already have your money. Listen. The dresses they picture look good because they post pictures of the original pattern of dresses sold in the US by reputable vendors... they are reproducing, in very poor quality. The dress I ordered is sold at Nordstrom here in the US and it IS the dress in the pictures for about 50.00 more bit you are getting the real deal from. Nordstrom. I wish I knew! I could reproduce the dress more accurately and in better quality than Dressale.com. DON'T DO IT!

They are TERRIBLE! They will try to tell you that they will give you store credit even if you cancel the order within two days. If the item you are ordering is custom made, forget about returning it. Just so you know, they don't have an inventory of dresses. They have pictures of dresses on their website (same dresses found on other website too). All dress orders are custom made, in some Asian country. So after the 48 hours, your dress will be customade. The quality is mediocre at best, with inferior fabric being used. The costumer service is terrible once you actually place an order. I would avoid at all costs!

They claim that it's 100% satisfaction guaranteed, but they don't stand behind it--AT ALL. They only wound up giving me back my money for a truly amateurish, AWFUL dress because Paypal took it from them and gave them no choice. This company is the WORST!
