Unfortunately, you can't get a refund from this company. They have very deceptive business practices. Their website indicates they will issue a refund if the merchandise is damaged. When my dress finally arrived the zipper wouldn't move, up or down. Their "suggestion(s)" included fixing the dress myself, having a tailor fix the dress, getting a 10% discount on future orders (as if I would EVER order from them again), and finally offering a 30% refund. DresSale has since ceased all communication with me. If you have better luck, I'm sure other posters would appreciate any suggestions. Good luck.

You will not and cannot get a refund from them. I tried all the tactics I had. I also reported them to every agency I could because of the way they rip you off and nobody wants to listen. I'm very sorry to say that you are at a loss.

I was not able to get a refund. I had the same issues as everyone else on here. I used my debit card and have put in a dispute through my bank, but have gotten nowhere. I learned the hard way to do my research before making a purchase.

I was able to work thru my credit card company and received a refund,. The credit card company then corresponded with Dressale and after I sent the CC company my emails that went back and forth and the threats I received from them (Dressale threatened me saying they would go to my local police department and the FBI) my credit card honored my refund.

It's worth a try.

You have to request a refund by email. When they deny the return call you credit card company to get your money back. Unless the item is defective they will not give you a refund.

You will not get a refund from this company. They string you along so that you will pass the 30 day period from getting a refund from PayPal or your credit card company. Don't even bother with Dressale.

After many attempts I wasn't able to get my refund back. Their refund "policy" states in the email is not true. You have to learn the hard way. So research before you buy from a suspicious website. There's been heaps of reviews (negative) since. Good luck though

My case was the same way as Diana. The credit card should honor the refund just by you sending them the emails of threat and if you google the company, you will see what a big Scam it is. The dress never looks like the picture. Good luck!

Contact your credit card company and setup a dispute. That was the only way I got my money back
