I was so nervous about ordering a evening dress on line and even more so when I found out it was coming from outside of the US. It got here prior to its promised arrival date and it is simply beautiful. Fits me very well! Very Satisfied!
The dresses for my wedding are ruined and I have two weeks to figure something out. I was able to contact their online support and all they offered me was an email address to send a complaint to. I still have not heard anything back. One dress is missing a sash and another is the wrong color so I can't even take it to a tailor. I don't know what I am going to do now, I am so heartbroken. DO NOT buy from this company.
I think I got lucky... I ordered a hoop skirt from them and not only did I receive it promptly (like, 5 days before they said I would, I was super impressed) but the quality was also just fine. I don't know if it's just because it was a relatively basic item, but hey, I have no complaints about everything. I was worried after reading all the bad reviews, but everything turned out fine, to my relief!
I ordered a dress from dressale about a month ago, then the next day i started reading reviews posted here and i became worried that i have lost my money. I had completely forgotten about it when i received my letters their was a package and the dress in it. Its just what i had ordered and it looks good on me. Like so many others, I purchased a dress. It was too small. They are playing email games. I have never dealt with a company that refuses to give a refund for a purchase. No doubt their employees are indentured slaves. I will never buy from China again. It's much cheaper to pay a bit more and deal with a reputable company. To think, I just paid $160.00 for a rag! Their customer service has a 24/7 live chat, and their response time from customer service (through email) is an hour or less. Love this site! It has everything you could possibly need with quality and great price. The suggested delivery time has always been on point. I was able to buy some really nice gifts for friend without breaking my wallet. As for looking for that special dress for special occasion, this is the site. You can always find something really nice that you know everyone else does not have in their closet. I could not do without this site.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE. I ordered the dress and paid extra for custom measurements. They totally screwed up the arm sleeve and it was 5 inches smaller than specified so much so that I cannot wear the dress. Paid $200 and they are refusing to refund my money or fix the dress. Offered me only $25 because they said there was effort and no profit in the dress for them. I lodged a complaint with American Express. There was other issues with the dress as well. The zipper was so stiff, it stuck out on the back. Also the built in bra was poor quality and looked terrible. So don't order from this site unless you want to throw away money.
My daughter and I were so excited when we found the prom dress on this website that she had pictured in her head and could not beat the price of the dress. We ordered the dress, a couple of days after order, I got a phone call at morning from the company about the measurements and the color of the dress, I had accidently recorded her hip measurement wrong and they said it didn't match up, we were able to correct it which then put me a little more at peace, I would periodically get on the website to check the status of the dress, a few weeks later it showed that it had shipped and in fact was being delivered that day, when I got home from work, I will tell you I was a little scared by the package, however once we opened the packed and pulled the dress out and my daughter tried the dress on... It was perfect, it fit her perfect, it is absolutely gorgeous! Let me tell you if I did not breathe a sigh of relief! We would definitely order from this site again. Thank you Dressale.com.

This company is not honest. Their clothes are not what you see in their adds.
I ordered a dress for a wedding and after weeks it arrived too small and not looking at all like the add.
I cannot get an address from them to send it back so they have my money and I have a dress that is of no use to me.
It's really an amazing experience i have at dressale.com. First bought at this site, I ordered a pair of sandals, which is never seen at the local shoe stores. So, I ignored all the negative reviews at sitejabber. Yet, I think i am so lucky, and received my sandals that suits my feet perfect and also matches my maxi dress very well.
Love dressale.com. Always order from here, they deliver on time, the clothing is pretty cheap, the quality could be better but if you don't want to pay a lot, then this is the way to go, on top of that they have a HUGE selection!

1. Dress didn't come for almost a month.
2. It arrived in a vacuum sealed type Saran Wrapped material... all rolled up into a ball. Completely unprofessional.
3. Did not fit. I thought no problem! I'll just return it!
4. Wrong!
5. No number to talk to anyone so you have to email for all communication.
6. No address to send back items.
7. THEY TOLD ME THEY WILL NOT ACCEPT RETURNS! There goes almost $200 right into their pockets.
8. There is NO guarantee a dress will fit when bought online so don't waste your money here because they will not let you return it. Not wotrth the gamble.
9. What happened to the customer is always right? This is NOT their motto.
