The dresses for my wedding are ruined and I have two weeks to figure something out. I was able to contact their online support and all they offered me was an email address to send a complaint to. I still have not heard anything back. One dress is missing a sash and another is the wrong color so I can't even take it to a tailor. I don't know what I am going to do now, I am so heartbroken. DO NOT buy from this company.
