I have good experience shop on this site. I ordered a few items and it didn't take too long to ship. The quality was great and i am very happy with my purchase. Its unfortunate that some people had a bad experience with them. Hopefully they can have more customers.

I ordered a light from this website. It arrived and looks like something thrown together hastily-horrible quality and it was over $100! I will never buy from them again. It's been 2 days and they still haven't responded to my requests to return the item.

Ordered a dress, so poorly made that I could NOT wear for my daughters wedding.
They would not return or refund the dress. I asked for the owners number at least 100 times and no response.
NEVER order from them again!

Wow I usually dont write these kind of review s but the service and the quality i got from these guys is amazing. But must say dressale provide really good stuff. I order a dress to gift my friend and was worried about delivery but it came so quick and dress is just like i wanted. Must buy. Thanks again guys great job. Your discounts are great :)

If I could give no stars I would. Worst customer service ever. Ordered dress according to their directions and it came back too small. Asked to return and followed their many emails back to me. They offered only 5% back on dress and that they did nothing wrong. My advise, never order from a company that is based in China.

In 2011 ordered a prom dress (matric farewell in South Africa) that was absolutely perfect, bead work and overall quality excellent. This year(2013) I ordered a wedding dress for my niece. Beautifully made and fitted perfectly. Bead work professional and very neat. I'm really surprised to see all these negative reviews

I ordered two items from them. They came quickly, and are made of very nice material. They seem to be very flattering with a great fit but unfortunately I mis measured and ordered the wrong size. I contacted DressSale about the dresses not fitting. They have been wonderful, answered all of my questions and are sending me a new one free of charge. Highly recommend

Got a dress complete disaster. No way I could wear to a wedding. Top part did not align with the bottom part. Slit was too high and way out on side. Terrible customer service. Asked was to get it fixed locally. Nobody locally would even touch dress to fix it. Never order from them.

I ordered a 3 piece champagne outfit and got a 2 piece yellow strapless outfit. I bought through Paypal and am still fighting for a credit. Return shipping charges are mine to bear - roughly half the cost of my purchase. Don't buy from them!

This website can provide us different sizes and styles, I can pick out what I like most. Before I could go around the brick and motor stores trying to find suitable dresses for any event that I had. All my online experience got more exciting when I finally starting shopping for dresses from Dressale. This is store is perfect for both amateurs and pros in online shopping.

Don't go anywhere near this awful place. I think it is in China, not the US as I was led to believe. My ghastly dress arrived AFTER the wedding I wanted it for, it was so shoddily made, I haven't a hope of selling it on and too embarrassing to even give away. Repeated attempts to return the dress for a refund were refused. The seams were fraying, there were loose threads everywhere. What a waste of money.

I ordered 2 pair of high heels from dressale and they fit perfectly! Price and quality is good. I feel like the site has newest and most fashionable shoes. The time between ordering and delivery was quick so I did not have to wait too long. I experienced good service and quick reply on all my questions. Thanks dressale!
