I often visit this website to look for some deals on the products. They frequently give out juicy deals in the flash deals section. And by the way I don't know if it's true that the majority of their deliveries happen in less than 72 hours, but my experience was exactly like that.
I bought an product there that was so different from the basic description itself. I tried to open a ticket to return and get a refund and the site basically refused, saying it needs to be marked received and 10 days have to pass before I can initiate a complaint. I ALREADY MARKED IT RECEIVED! I reported the transaction to my cc company so they're investigating. I sent them the pictures and the product description as proof. The idiot seller was non-communicative. I'll never utilize these kind of sites ever again.
GuysDHGATE IS FRUD! They have received the parcel I have sent to them and lied and told me that they haven't received it! How dare you DHGATE send me back my refund now! I have evidence the you received the parcel on the 4/11/2023. They sent me a completely different package from what it showed on the website and also very DAMAGED ASWELL

There 24/7 customers service is all automated no human interaction and thst means no actual help for buyers to me and the tracking needs to show more details when and were your purchases are and estimated time of arrival besides those issues I would give 5 stars

If you purchased an item and received the wrong item, the seller will tell you in order to get a refund you have to ship the item back and once the item is received then your money would be returned. When you ship the item back to China and it makes it to China Customs Department, the seller will not pay the tax for the item to be released to them. So in-turn, you will be out of the shipment cost and the item you shipped. DHGATE DOES NOT HONOR THEIR GURANTEE OF HAVING THE SELLER PAY FOR SHIPPING AFTER BOTH THE SELLER AND BUYER HAVE AGREED TO THE MEDIATION STAGE. BEWARE. In addition, if your item states that it was delivered, but you haven't recieved your package due to it possibly being scanned as deliverered prematurely by the courier or delivered to the wrong address, DHGATE will always side with the seller and disregard your request. Your money would still be released to the seller and you are without an item. Dont waste your time with DHGATE meditation. If I were you, take precaution and play the games that DHGATE does with your time and money. Read between the lines.

I've placed an order with DHgate, and paid for it, but have not received any confirmation of the order. When I try to to check my orders, messages and try the chat option I am constantly being asked to login and this gets me back to "square one" its driving me crazy so frustrating. If this is the way the company works I don't think I will be ordering any more from them

Once the order has been placed take a photograph of the confirmation of order page because DGgate do not send out an email confirmation of order. I made the mistake of not taking details of my order and am now having difficulty in accessing my orders on their website.

I can't write a review because after reading this page off comments I didn't order, I do have a suggestion for Solution everyone on this page should contact their State Attorney General and explain the situation. That's what The AG office is for, protecting citizens from scams. They take the necessary steps to investigate companies in and outside of this country. Don't hesitate to tell of this sites numbers of customers that had a bad experience.
I bought some shoes and never received them, contacted the seller but he did not do anything. Contacted their customer service and the robot was no use, happened to my with my first order but did not contact them. Customer service is really bad do not buy and invest on another website instead!

I paid 72.16 dollars for a flower girl with navy blue flowers as was on the photo. I got Royal blue and of course the wrong size. Wedding is in weeks time and i have to figure out what the flower girl dress will be. I am so mad and its not worth even the wait. Can you send me a refund people. See the difference on the photos. Its very upsetting.
I ordered six products (knives) and had 5 defects from 3 of the 6 vendors. They just don't seem to give a $#*! about the quality of the products they send you. Won't be ordering from this site anymore.

We order 50 tablets and all of them had problem with the OS, we ask to return the order and the seller agree to the terms but never told on the dispute log which company use, he send a massage thru the massage system to use certain company and dhgate credit less money to us because the seller had to pay custom from the return and validate the wrong way he communicate for the dispute.

There's a guy whose been on here for a month selling macbooks for $50. I reported his fake $#*! yet he's still on here. After days went by and he didn't ship $#*!, I got my refund, but why has nothing been done!
Well it took a little while but I did get a refund. The other reviews I read had me scared and thought my money was gone for good. I don't think I would order from them again because both orders were not received. The site showed that both had shipped and both made it to LA, one stopped there and one was sent to Chula Vista, I live a hundred miles away from there. I don't trust the individual sellers and do think there is a scam going on. I thank DHGate for the refund.
Do not order from DHGate I am out $276.21 there site is now telling me the 2 stores I ordered from don't exist. I will continue with Federal trade commission and with Apple apps in hopes no one else will get ripped off. I tried to get in contact DHGate and seller with no luck. DON'T BUY FROM CHINA!
