I guess in all fairness, DHgate has now finally refunded my $660 US. it only took nearly three months and an endless stream of emails to which they hardly ever responded.
Still I got my money back so I am happy

This is a well controlled site with safe payment system (cash is transferred to supplier only once delivery is confirmed), good providing you are looking for 'copy' goods. Very few, if any, original manufacturers products here.

I've bought several things from DHgate over the years and have had mostly great experiences! It's fun to find different and interesting purchases for much less than one would pay at a department store or other on-line distributors.

Compared to similar apps or sites, DHGate is by far my preferred shopping destination. The vast amount of items, quick shipping time, and fantastic customer service give it the decided edge over the others. Whatever I'm looking for at any given time is readily available at a wonderful bargain price.

I've made a few orders and will certainly without hesitation be doing several more in the near future.

I purchased 2 phones which were allegedly dispatched via Royal Mail Track 48. The tracking message was all wrong and never updated. I will now open a dispute using my credit card company as this site seem useless after reading the reviews. Frustrated with them.

Everything I've bought so far, even delicate glass pipes; have came in perfect condition. Bubble wrapped like a baby! Everything works just as expected. No complaints yet! The sellers even responded back timely when I had concerns for shipping and other questions about the products! Really happy!

I am very pleased with all my purchases from DHgate.
All orders came despite the long distance quite quickly and well retained.
It's also pretty good that there is the possibility of "free shipping", which often weigh much when ordering.

Quick story:

1.) Purchased bridesmaid dress for $90.00.
2.) Came cheaply made and smaller than ordered
3.) Returned Item back to shipper (China)
4.) NEVER received refund
5.) Customer Service is only online... Spoke with 8 different people who all gave me the run around.
6.) One year later... STILL NO REFUND

Terrible site. Bought a dress dhgate took the money now they are saying its not paid for. Sent a copy of my statement to them still no where with these people. I hope everyone stays away from this shady company, if you could call it that

I've received an excellent quality t-shirt. Even better than in the pictures. The delivery time took ~ 2 weeks, and I'm very satisfied with the service. Already have another order waiting to be delivered!

We never received the merchandise! We are very upset and cannot reach DH Gate without "signing up" which I do not want to do. Can't even reach anyone! If someone could email or call, that would be great! My 11 year old son paid with his own money for this and never got it. *******676

Almost every product I've ordered and received are as described.
Unfortunately their advertisers are not always showing correct shipping information.
But I am happy to have the experience that DHgate will solve the issues.

Good and clear service... always ready to help in case of problems... only when you pay with western union money transfer it sometimes takes more time to get message that the order is payed while western union transfers go very fast.

The excellent quality and great price of these golf balls allows my golf organization to present first class awards each week.

Shipping via DHL was very fast and could be tracked.

This website takes pictures from designer websites and posts them up selling them for "cheaper". I ordered a dress here that was supposed to look ombre, and it looked like complete trash. They are very rude, too. Never again.

So I've used this site for a few purchases lately. I must say not everything is up to par but usually u get exactly what it states. Any time I had a problem the sellers did more than enough to take care of me.

Ive purchased going on thousands of dollars worth of merch from DHGate. The shipping is usually pretty good, but some products take a little longer. I absolutely adore everything about their app and products.
