I have bought 2 items on this site and would highly discourage anyone from wasting your time and money. I disputed the quality of the item and went to DH gate disputing. They decided that I could get a full refund if I returned the item. Here's the catch...in order to get by $85 refund it would cost me $66 to send the item back to China via the post office. Such a scam! Honestly, do not waste your efforts on the DHgate site. The quality of merchandise is horrible. Nothing like the pictures on the website. They really should be shut down.
We ordered 2 items that were flagged at customs leaving China, they were returned to sender but the shipper charged us for them anyway. After having no luck getting a refund from the shipper I filed a dispute with our credit card company. The shipper provided false tracking information and would not return our money. Luckily I had saved the shipping/tracking info clearly showing the package was returned to Wuhan China so after months of waiting we finally received a credit from our credit card company, we never received anything from the seller. In our experience they are a scam.

The Start and stop buttons for timer on the watch do not work. Seller continues to sell broken watches to consumers and DHgate platform is no help in getting a refund as it is a sellers favor platform. Seller offered a refund of.01, The seller and DHgate should be ashamed of bad business practices. The seller will still be able to con consumers in buying broken items and DHgate mediation will continue to be in the best interest of the seller. We are appalled that it does not matter what evidence we provide DHgate, as the seller will still make a profit selling broken items on the DHgate platform.

I ordered from DH Gate over a month ago. They took my money without setting up an account, but when they failed to ship my order also failed to make it easy to inquire what's going on. There is no number to call (suspicious) and in order to talk to their chat-bot to voice your complaint, they force you to set up an account. All I'm trying to do is get the product I ordered, or my money refunded... but it seems like this site is designed to take your money as quickly as possible, then force you to jump through hoops after they cheat you. I paid 72.16 dollars for a flower girl with navy blue flowers as was on the photo. I got Royal blue and of course the wrong size. ***WARNING*** DHGate is a complete scam! I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with their terrible service. I ordered two pairs of shoes, and they sent me the wrong size and style (see photo). When I tried to return them, I discovered that the seller had closed their store. I escalated the issue to the DHGate Resolution Center, but they blatantly ignored my request for a full refund and instead gave me a measly $60, which is an insult to injury. I spent $208.58 US on two pairs of shoes that I despise and can't wear, and they won't even give me a full refund. This is completely unacceptable! DHGate is a disgraceful company that has no respect for their customers. They are a bunch of crooks who should be ashamed of themselves!

I ordered a t-shirt for my son, $17.50. Waited 3 weeks for a pair of ladies stocking from China. The website has "reviews" that are most likely fake. It is impossible to leave a review for the seller who ripped us off. It is also impossible to report this to DH Gate as their buttons to send feedback conveniently do not work. They are probably making a lot of money off of this scam.
This is taking peoples money...somehow in china tracking shows delivery but at odd hours like mine 4:30 am yet the local post office stated that no such tracking was ever handle by the usps office...DONT WASTE your money to this seller...

This place is a complete rip off. The sellers do not turn on their emails. The website is a maze that no one can figure out. If you email with customer service they do nothing. I ordered a jacket in Large and they put a false tag on a small and sent it to me and I tried to open a dispute, which is impossible. Went on live chat and have never heard back. I just want to return jacket and apparently that is going to be impossible. Such a cheat. Pay the extra $ and go to eBay or Amazon.

Anyone who wants to order from this site, don't do it. Its a scam. They robbed me of my money. I bought merchandise from them since june of 2021 and its almost 2 months and i haven't yet to receive ANYTHING. The tracking numbers are wrong and provide the wrong information, and the suppliers do not explain in efficiency how long the package will take. They are thieves and they have yet to give me my money back. This was a VERY bad experienced that ruined my whole wedding. I was been promised my things would come WAY earlier.

I ordered a gallon through DHgate and got a confirmation number for my order after it was placed. I never received my order. Getting in touch with them was impossible and very stressful. They refuse to ship unless you pay more, claiming an error in price. I have placed 9 orders in the last 5 weeks. 4 of these sellers asked for more money after I paid and refused to ship. Dhgate does nothing for you. I eventually got a refund on 3, still waiting for 4. The fact remains. These people get you in with the prices and then tell you it was incorrect and want more money or they won't ship. FRAUD!

DO NOT SHOP HERE. It really doesn't get any worse than this place. Ordered 10 spot lights for my store, received a fake tracking number, when i complained the seller sent me an empty envelope. 3 months later still no refund €200 down the drain. Contacted DHgate so many times and just been giving the Run around. If you want to get back at this company google "dhgate" and click on there yellow Add as they get charged every time you click on it.
DHgate.com allows counterfeit merchandise. They try to talk you in to a partial refund or tell you to return knowing that it is a federal crime to return ship counterfeits. That is all you need to know.

I order from different companies in china and get products in 3 or 4 weeks.I tracked one item and saw it takes 18 days by ship to cross the Pacific to Canada. Dhgate took almost a week before even sending to a shipping center then 2 weeks to ship it to the United Arab Emirates. Why they shipped it west to there I dont know. It has been a month now and it says it is still in transit to Canada. First order from them in a year and the last.
