Over 30 orders over the last year and all have ended great. Lots of product and if your buying multiple products, this site is the best. Discounts for the more you buy of a product. Find the sellers with good reviews. Dhgate is only the middleman providing the site. All the products come from independent sellers. Find the ones that communicate well and have good reviews and you will have good luck with this site. If the item does not arrive in a specified time you get your money back. Only had that happen once. Got a full refund. Seller does not get their money until you state that the item arrived.

I wasn't happy with the whole issue of my order not being processed even though my credit card payment had already been processed. I had to contact the bank and get the approval code and email it to *******@dhgate.com prior to my order even being started. There was no notification sent to me that I needed to do this, the only way I knew was when I contacted customer support to find out why my order wasn't being processed. Once I provided that information my order was processed and that part of the experience was great! Hopefully this isn't a process I will have to do with every order I submit.

I ordered a chain from sandong, advertised very well, once I received it... it was totally not what I ordered, and after numerous attempts of trying to contact the seller, even after sending evidence of this discretion... I still have not gotten a response as of yet
