Good website. Kind of like a Chinese Ebay with a variety of low-cost good quality items. Items are often fractions of American prices. The only problem is sometimes the sellers are a little hard to communicate with since English is a second language for them. Overall, it's not too difficult to communicate.

It was happy to made my first order on DHgate, Seller review and chat with seller feature is very unique and it was very useful for me to select a good seller. DHgate validate tracking number and responsible for valid tracking number. Other thing is mobile app is superb. Very useful. Multiple Favorite item folder was very useful.
DHgate has never given me an issue, some of the sellers shouldnt be on the site but just make sure you read reviews before purchasing. And if you do order something, leave reviews to help others.

I have had to pay no shipping costs as yet no matter where the package comes from where on other sires you must pay a membership fee for free shipping and/ or even then only some items are free shipping. Other sites dont offer any kind of free shipping and the low cost items are off set by outrageous shipping cost. Most items are processed quickly and hastle free and arrive well ahead of the promised time. All stores are prompt to answer questions about their products and quick to handle your concerns.
