I order d two penguin jerseys w custom names. I received one but never got the other. I have not been able to resolve with the seller and they have taken the payment. I ordered these back in November. The seller will not even respond to me.

DHgate double charged me for an item, they didn't help resolve the problem after I explained this double charge put my account at a negative balance then got charged overdraft fees for that on top of it! Since they were not helpful in resolving this, I will not use them again

I bought items from two different sellers. One seller shipped the item in a timely manner, fast for international standards, but still arrived a week later than the estimate. But price was good, item was as-ordered, and tracking was valid. The 2nd seller gave me an invalid tracking number, and the item never arrived. DHgate helped me through the process to get me a refund quickly. I'm disappointed the item didn't arrive, but very happy that DHgate helped get my money back.
