Good selection of vendors, customer service at every turn. A little upset that my expedited shipping wasn't accounted for in the few days it took to process my order, but that is more a issue with the vendor than DHGate. Good market place, would use again.
Occasionallly a problem but I purchase with the confidence that if so goes wrong Dhgate is right there to ensure that matter is taken care of by the seller. Of all the Chinese sites I have purchased from the are by far the fairest and take care of their customers as you would hope.

Shopping experience at DH gate can be quite successful if you follow this advice. Product description isn't clear sometimes, just communicate with seller as long as you will get all details you need to know. If seller beats around the bush forget him. Size charts are a bit strange. Just give seller your weight, your hide and the way you like to wear your clothes. Mostly seller will give you advice. Generally it is better to communicate with seller before order, instead to open a disput afterwards. Hope I could help a bit.

I have made multiple purchases on DHgate and I have yet to encounter any problems. Their platform is a great way to connect with sellers from across the globe, and seek out merchandise at the lowest possible price, with quality equal to that of a brick and mortar store. Shipping is often times very slow taking up to 30 days in my experience but this is expected across the borad with sites similar to DH gate.
I appreciate this central buying site which offers a lot of choices of products at very competitive prices. Unfortunately as everywhere there are some very good and bad sellers but dhgate service tries to solve problems with the wrong sellers. Thank you

Dhgate is a great site to find deals on the stuff i need which is not usually locally available.The prices are good and the service is good! Delivery is free but it takes some time to arrive. You can use other shipping options for quick delivery. Overall i like this site and will continue to shop from it frequently.

My purchase was 7 days before Christmas and after contacting seller, I was able to get expedited shipping for a reasonable price. We revived the purchase and it was everything we thought and then some. Great quality, fast shipping, and great price. Would make a purchase again.
Everything came in perfect as shown in the pic. It didn't take as long as I thought it was gonna be. Her user was "Dora88" I wanna make sure she gets the credit she deserves. I made two other orders the day I bought from her, and according to tracking hers was gonna arrive later than the others and came earlier. Very nice!

Ordered 5 Michael Koors purses and 1wallet. Only received 3 purses in time for Christmas and of the 3 purses I received 2 of them were Coach bags. That is not what I ordered. The last 2 purses I received I thought were supposed to be full size and they were so small they were more for a child and not an adult. If won't even fit a wallet. Ordered a wallet and was told it won't be here until April. Don't want it anymore. These were Christmas gifts. Very disappointed
I ordered 3 products from 3 different vendors/ Sellers in. Two I know came from China. First a foremost the delivery time was Terrible, each order I made December 3-4th and my shoe's/ clothing came December 24 and 27. I'm almost too afraid to order anything else because I may have to wait 3-4 weeks to get it. The shoes I bought yeezy 750 all black were exactly as shown in their example photos. I was very Pleased with them. But the low cut yeezy 350's weren't as shown at all. The sole of the tan shoe didn't even have the boost at the bottom. Its just a solid plastic like rubber. Over all it depends on the seller. But I hated the delivery time. I thought I had gotten scammed because of how long it took.
