I walked into Decorplanet last November, looking for just a new vanity for my condo. I was only considering remodeling because I was on a tight budget. I guess I didn't calculate my budget properly, because not only did I have enough money to buy a new vanity, but I had some money left over to buy a new toilet and some accessories! The salesman I worked with was above and beyod courteous to help me plan out my budget accordingly and played a little bit of a designer's role in helping me choose the best bang for my buck. I give Decorplanet 6 STARS! 5 stars for their service and products and a bonus star for the salesman who had extreme patience, and helped me greatly with my remodeling project. Excellent, guys. I needed a part for a Fresca faucet, which, it turns out, is very difficult to find anywhere. My local plumbing supply (large and well stocked) never heard of Fresca faucets. In desperation I called decorplanet.com on the off-chance that they had the part. The site sells the faucet, lists some parts, tho none for Fresca faucets. From the sales person I was transferred directly to the parts salesman. The person on the phone was very helpful in locating the part. He also told me that the problem with the faucet might be a simpler problem than I had thought. In any case, he found the part I asked for, and sent it to me. I recommend the site because, from my experience, the service was excellent. Which seems to me to be a major mark of a very good internet company.
I have read the reviews and im quite suprised that they have had such a horrid experience with this company. I purchaes a fresca shower system with jets from another store that was not Decor Planet.And had an issue with this system recently. I went to their store and explained to them what was wrong with the shower system. They kindly explained to me that if I can show them proof of purchase that is within 3 years. That they will cover replacement parts for such system. I came back the following day with proof and with no further questions they ordered the parts needed.
I would shop from Decor Planet in the future if I decide to do any furthur work in my house and would gladly recommend them to anyone that is looking for nice, modern design with a budget and pretty good customer service to go along with it. I am a happy shopper :)
Not only did decor planet have a excactly what i wanted for my bathroom, when a guest happened to visit and break something that we had purchased from them, their on line response team was quick to respond, took care of getting us a new part and even sent me pictures related to fixing the problem myself! THIS DOES NOT SUCK! Great service and great attention by Dan G in the online department! They will be my first stop for all of my future home improvement projects!
I ordered a shower door April 26th. Next day got email saying it wouldn't ship until May 5th. May 5th I called them and they said it was on back order until July. Told them to cancel my order. As of today, the refund still has not hit my bank. I called them again. Hung up on once. Final got a rep on the line. They never canceled the order the first time. If it is not there in a week, I'm calling the fraud department at the bank to let them handle it. Never will I do business with them again.
Went to Decor Planet's Staten Island showroom to look for a vanity for our powder room. We were impressed with the variety of bathroom vanities that were offered in sets. Stay away from this deceptive site. Other than Fresca products, they don't stock anything and get the items from third parties. They mark the item as "in stock", and then give you the run around and tall tales about delays in delivery. They will drag you for weeks and months, always pushing the delivery dates by several weeks, until you either get the item after several months or you give up, cancel the order and buy it elsewhere. As a contractor who renovated dozens and dozens of units, I find this behavior utterly unacceptable and just impossible to work with. Utterly unreliable. I would urge anyone to SHY AWAY FROM THIS HORRIBLE SITE, even if their prices are a bit more attractive. Pay a bit more elsewhere, and save yourself a lot of aggravation. DO NOT USE!

They sent me a damaged sink and would not replace it - even with lots of evidence that they had shipped me defective product. Please don't make the same mistake I made.

Excellent products at FANTASTIC prices! I ordered two Fresca Bellezza White Modern Bathroom Vanities w/Solid Oak Wood and Ceramic Sinks. I can not say enough about the quality of these vanities. We have them in our rental house and get tons of compliments on them all the time and after two years they still look brand new. I will definitely order again from Decor Planet due to their excellent customer service and quality at very affordable prices. I would also like to add it was so nice to be able to order everything together, but have the option to pick different faucets. Thank You!
Purchased an $1100. 00 vanity set from DecorPlanet.com and absolutely no issues with delivery schedule. Vanity arrived slightly chipped and faucet was defective (leaking). Contacted Customer Support to inform and to rectify the issue. Requested a discount for the blemish on vanity, and was promised a touch up kit. Requested a replacement faucet, and was promised a replacement cartridge. Received cartridge and after swapping, faucet still leaks. No touch up kit sent. I have placed several calls to CS and written several emails, and they are pretty much in ignoring mode... no return responses. This company can not function in this manner. Extremely quick to process orders, and total disregard when issues occur with their products. I will never use this site again and will never recommend to anyone else. Their average grade on the Better Business Bureau is 1 star... this speaks volumes. Its too bad I did not research the company before placing an order. Live and learn. Now let's wait and see how they will resolve my issue.

I ordered 9 door knobs at a cost of $887.40. They sent the wrong ones and after giving me the runaround for 2 days via phone and email they offered me a refund of $391.17 and I would have to pay for shipping. I filed a dispute with my credit card and a complaint with the BBB. We'll see what happens next. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER IN MY 65 YEARS! I purchased a shower panel, a shower door and a one piece toilet from them as a part of my bathroom remodel. I've gotten compliments on everything from my guests, unfortunately one of the knobs on the shower panel malfunctioned and would no longer control the flow of water. Being that it was out of the warranty period I asked them if I could just buy a replacement knob and I was notified that the company had changed the valving design and replacing this would be a proverbial nightmare. Instead, they sent me a replacement panel free of cost. I couldn't ask more from a company.
