Most museum catalogs come in softcover and are little more than selected pictures with minimal text. The only similarity this one has is its low price. A tremendous value, this hardcover book is beautifully printed with many great photos and a well written comprehensive text covering the life of Wharton Esherick and his art, including his painting, woodcuts, architecture, sculpture and furniture (for which he's best known). I suppose the book was written to serve as a souvenir after visiting the museum. It is excellent for that, but for anyone unfamiliar with Esherick's work it is also informative and delightful, and will no doubt inspire them to visit the museum. I had to make another visit after reading it to see the pieces I didn't remember from previous trips.
We purchased a toilet from DecorPlanet and a Shower Panel from another vendor.
After a year from the installation date, the thermostatic cartridge from the shower panel broke and we needed to replace this part. We completely forgot that we purchased a shower panel from another vendor and called Décor Planet.
Their site listed the same model of the Shower Panel. After checking our order, they clarified that only toilet was purchased from them and typically they replace items purchased only from Décor planet.
However, they offered to order a replacement part for us at the wholesale price! They have excellent customer service, speedy turnaround time answering your emails and follow ups. We are super satisfied with their service.

DO NOT order from this website! We are re-modeling our bathroom, ordered bathroom vanity from DecorPlanet.com, together with some other items. In several weeks, all items arrived, we are so excited to have our contractor come to install for us, but when he opened the box, we found the vanity is damaged, one leg is totally ruined. Then we called DecorPlanet.com for return, and to our surprise, THEY REFUSED THE RETURN! Saying that customers are required to report damages within 48 hours. First, what kind of policy is that! It's not we changed mind or something else, it's a DAMAGED PRODUCT! And second, with such a policy, are you supposed to ask customers to check and sign at the delivery? And more importantly, what kind of company leave customer with a damaged product when they spend thousands of dollars on it!
Spent $2,000 on nice vanity and mirror. The vanity arrived and was nice for the money, mirror was backordered "2-3 weeks". After 7 weeks I called and they told me it would be another 6 weeks! We'll see. Very fragmented remote customer service and sales model. The customer service rep just sent me back to the sales rep in some other remote location. This outfit is a joke.
We order a toilette paper holder for our new bathroom. Order took sometime to be delivered because it was back order at manufacturer. By the time we received it, we have already installed a different one. I contacted DécorPlanet to return. Because the item was delayed and price of item, they gave us a FULL refund without having us to pay for return, for restocking fee... and told us to keep the item!. Venice G was FANTASTIC!

I got a great price on a Toto toilet with washlet. It arrived quickly and in perfect condition. Unfortunately, the washlet started making a buzzing sound. Customer service was great. They replaced the washlet with a newer model! The quarantine slowed the receipt of the newer model, but now I've got it and it works great. My exchanges with customer service were very cordial and helpful. I will definitely buy from them again.
I live in Austin, Texas and recently used Decoplanet to remodel our main bathroom. The service was fantastic and the products are exactly what we were looking for! My fiancé and I just bought our first house and are remodeling our second bathroom in a few months and will definitely be using them again. Make sure to ask for James Boylin, he was very knowledgeable about all of the products and helped guide us in the right direction as to what would not only look good but be the most functional setup for our bathroom.
Sometime in early May I purchased a bathroom vanity for my home. Before going with Decor Planet, like everyone else, I looked around for the best price available. To my surprise, the best price was at Decor Planet. I placed an order right away and within a few days, the order was at my doorstep! From the sales person who took my order, to the customer service agent who updated me on my order status, to the delivery guy who delivered my order, all efforts proved beyond satisfaction!

They charged me for a product they don't have give a ship date called a week after it should have shipped and they told they were out of stock and it would be 7 months before it would be in now after canceling the order they want me to wait 7-10 days before they give my money back sad
I purchased a toilet from DecorPlanet via Amazon. I arrived in a thousand pieces (see attached). I sent them this picture and asked that they pay for shipping to return it. They never responded. Then I appealed to Amazon for a return. Then they called to offer a refund if I would drop appeal to Amazon. I said I would not until they refunded my money. Then they lied to Amazon on the appeal and I called them back and asked again for a refund. They refused--saying I had not dropped my appeal to Amazon. So I was left with a broken toilet and out $750. I left a terrible review like this one on Amazon and I was offered $250 to erase the review. I offered to erase review if they made it right and refunded my full money. They refused. They could care less. Throughout it all I dealt with an associate named * Do not buy from them. The reason all the other reviews are positive is because they paid off people who write bad reviews.

We found DecorPlanet by searching online for modern/contemporary vanities. Nevermind vanities... my fiance and I ended up purchasing our whole bathroom from their from tiles to the shower tub! Unfortunately, there was a slight fracture in the countertop of one of the vanities and the other vanity door had a small discoloraation. What could of turned out to be a nightmare ended up working out effortlessly with the unbelievable customer service at DecorPlanet. My fiance especially raved about the service provided by Alli who went above and beyond to resolve our issues. I bought a vanity set from decor planet.com and the mirror came damaged. I called the next business day and the representative was polite helped me in getting a replacement sent out. The vanity and faucets with very nice and came as described.
I bought three bathroom vanities and one toliet from Decorplanet... I love them all! The vanity top for the last one did not fit the undermount sinks... no problem! I called, sent a picture of the problem, and five days later received a new vanity top... and did not have to return the original. The customer service folks were great. I would highly recommend buying from Decorplanet. The products are of high quality, beautiful and shipping is extremely fast.
I received a cabinet and it was missing handles. I wrote an email and they were going to upgrade the cabinet and just send it to me. It took me a year to respond, and they still honored their word. Waiting on cabinet now. Customer Service is awesome!

Buyer beware if you have an upcoming project. The only reason I purchased from planet Depot is because the website had multiple pieces of everything I needed in stock. Come to find out, they had nothing. Esmated date was about 10 days out, got an update they pushed it out again, third update and pushed it out again. When my faucet arrived it was damaged, customer service assured me they would expedite another faucet and I have been waiting for over two weeks and yep, another delay. Customer service said they contacted the factory and replacement will be expedited and shipped direct, well guess what the date has been pushed out twice and I'm still waiting. I have requested to speak with mgmt and have been told twice mgmt will call with in 24 hour's and I have yet to hear from mgmt. So if you have a big project coming up you might want to reconsider unless you have several weeks or months to spare!
They were great. I ordered FRESCA glass shelves that arrived immediately. Due to many unforeseen circumstances, my bathroom renovation ran weeks late and by the time the contractor realized the shelves wouldn't be able to be screwed into the glass shower tiles, it was well over the 30 days to return the merchandise. However, I called, and spoke to the lovely Latoya Kelly who was very helpful, and since the merchandise was still in its original packaging, I was able to return it to them for a full refund. No Fuss. Fantastic.
