I ordered 3 bathing suits from Cupshe -- 2 out of the 3 fit perfectly, but the third was an awkward fit. I talked with customer service and they issued me a coupon to buy a new suit without even having to go through the hassle of returning the old one. I definitely recommend Cupshe!

You will be charged the shipping fee and the difference in the exchange rate between your currency and the Chinese Yen. It doesn't state this anywhere on their website.
You end up only getting a fraction of your refund back for a purchase.

Secondly, we are an international company with branches and warehouses in many countries that customers may incur an international transaction fee created by your bank as stated on our website. Ordered two bathing suits from here and one fit perfectly and the other I wasn't crazy about but I contacted customer service and they rectified this immediately and provided me with options and responded to my request very quickly. Love the quality of the suits and huge selection. Would definitely order from them again. I am 125 lb and 5'4 and a small fit perfectly. Also I live in Canada and didn't have to pay duties which is amazing!

Great customer service and awesome shop! The clothes are great quality so you'll walk in and want everything. They were having a sale when we went so take advantage of those. We will definitely recommend CUPSHE to friends and be back to shop!

Horrible product
November 26, 2018

I purchased two bathing suits and was so excited to receive them in the mail. When they finally arrived I rushed to open them, what I found was unsatisfying. The first was much too big and the second had a tear down the side. When I went to Request a refund they simply turned me down and said sorry we hope you understand. I spent a fair amount of money on what I thought would be quality suits. Terrible customer service and suits- I would not recommend wasting your money.

Excellent experience

I purchased 2 pairs of plus size swimmers. They arrived in a very timely manner, the quality was great and the sizing ( unfortunately for my judgment) was true to size. That made mine too big because I was expecting small sizing. I contacted Cupshe and they responded promptly. Blair organised a credit so I could get the size I need and they too arrived quite quickly. Extremely pleased with everything from the product to the customer service. Thank you.

Made a few purchases here all sent authority to leave parcel as requested until my last purchase I spoke with customer support to request this and she basically didn't want to do my request and cancelled my order which I'm still waiting for my refund of $278.60, I then stupidly repurchased my order spending another $278.60, and I emailed customer support requested authority to leave parcel, she assured me this has been done though when I got the email this had been shipped it was marked signature required I again contacted customer support she again assured me that this had been done today I received a text message from global express my order is out for delivery if I'm not home I will be updated with in 24 hours where I can pick up my parcel my closest depot is 45 minutes from me which due to injury I can't drive too, not happy with these liars and frauds at all they also tried to offer me a $10 voucher to compensate their mess up they can keep it because I won't be shopping here again, ive unsubscribed from their emails

I still have not received my $278.60 refund from Cupshe, avoid this company

Terrible

I paid extra for expedited shipping so that the product would arrive before a couple days before I left for vacation. HOWEVER, Cupshe messed up my address, forgetting to put the floor number, so I did not receive the item until after my 10 day vacation. They would NOT refund me the price I paid for expedited shipping and would also NOT let me return the item, even though they advertise easy returns. They only offered me a 75% off the next purchase? I will never, ever buy Cupshe again. Also, none of the phone numbers they provided were in service. Total scam.

I have recommended Cupshe to all of my friends since I first received my order. The quality is that of a high end brand but without the high prices. I love the unique styles and the fact that new styles come out every month. Dont go anywhere else for your swim suits!

I bought a few items on their website thinking it will come in time for my trip. Cupshe advertises 6-8 business days on the website. The time passed and I didn't get the mail. After I reached out, they said there would be a delay because of some shipping problems they are experiencing. They didn't even have the courteasy to let me know, until after I reached out. Who knows when my stuff will arrive. Poor customer service... despite their items on the website looking so cute, I would not recommend this place.

Pleasantly Surprised

I'd been looking at their Instagram ads and website for ages but couldn't believe that a $20-$30 bathing suit could be decent quality. I saw a suit I couldn't resist and decided to take the plunge. I just received my suit with CupShe and I'm really pleasantly surprised! Not only does the suit fit well, but the quality is actually very nice. I would compare it to buying a suit at Target. Happy Customer who will buy again!

Amazing Suits
January 12, 2018

I always bought super expensive swimsuits from Nordstrom, Everything but Water, etc. but now I don't know if I will even need to because I found Cupshe. I was just on vacation and brought 3 suits from the site and every time I wore one I got multiple compliments. They seem like great quality and fit normal. I typically wear an L and I bought all L one piece swim suits and they fit perfect.

I bought 5 bikinis with different tops and some of the tops did not fit, they were smaller than my regular size, it probably depend on the style. Material and colors were very good. I call customer service which gave me the option of replace them for free and keep the smaller ones. If I choose to return them I had to pay for the mail fees. So, I kept the smaller ones, and received the new ones without any cost. I was impressed. Will buy again for sure!

Avoid at all costs

Please read an honest review. I ordered on April 1st with 5-7 business day shipping. It's now April 19th and I have not received anything. The shipping says label created but still awaiting the item from April 1st. They claimed it was lost in transit and another package shipped out and and wait another 5-7 business days. If you want a full refund on products you never received, forget it. They will offer you a 100% off coupon to a future order though or only 50% refund on products you never received. What a joke. I would never recommend this company. What terrible customer service.

I purchased two beautiful swim suits but the one colour was not flattering on my skin tone, and when I inquire about exchanging it the agent told me to keep it and gave me a credit for a future purchase. I will be buying again and I've told my friends about it too.

I had to send 5 emails to customer service until I got a reply. I specifically stated that I wanted to return my order because of quality issues, and they offered me an in-store credit! I never want to order from this company again so told them I wanted a full refund. Still waiting to hear back... This place is a scam, DO NOT ORDER. They make you tell them specifically why you want to return, with individual pictures of everything. I have never had another company do this.

Cupshe has terrible customer service. I ordered 2 bikinis both the same size from them. One of the bikinis was way smaller than the other and when I contacted them to return or exchange it I was told since I got it on sale, which was $3 off of full price, I could not return or exchange it. I tried to explain to them that I ordered my size and would never have ordered it knowing it was a size too small. According to the description and sizing chart I ordered a bikini that would fit me. I was told since I got it on sale $3 off of full price I cant return or exchange it. Sorry I hope you understand is that I was told. I do understand not buying from this company ever again. Save your $ and dont buy from this company. Their sizing chart and descriptions are not accurate.
