I have ordered a few things now and love everything that I have received. I ordered a bathing suite and it fit small. I contacted the company had had no issues. They sent me a code to use to order the right size, no need to return the other product. Very happy and satisfied with my purchases and my return. Will be ordering more!

I accidentally found this site, I figured I'd order some bathing suits that didn't break the bank and to my surprise, they were GREAT quality, fit great and true to size. I then decided if the bathing suits were great, I'd try their clothes next. I ordered several dresses all but one for, I contact customer service to process a return, from the time I e mailed them to the time I received my refund was less than 24 hours! Impressive!
Although not everything has been a perfect fit, that's the risk of online shopping- so far I'm very happy with my purchases despite a couple of returns...

I've been ordering from Cupshe since they began selling in US, about 10 orders of multiple items. The past 3 orders were of such poor quality I gave the products away. I returned my last order and they don't make processing a return easy. For these reasons I've decided not to shop there again.

I got 5 swimsuits and loved them all. Great site to order from. Popped up on my Instagram made my order and had the suits in a week. So easy I will definite keep ordering.
I just received my first order. Like the quality, but am very petite (started kindergarten in 3 toddler clothing) and only order XS. Did not notice different sizes in my confirmation verses what I ordered. In particular, I only order XS in one piece suits and received a medium. It is HUGE on me and not sure what to do with it... I leave on vacation tomorrow and will be unable to fix this situation prior to departure.

CUPSHE is the worst company to buy clothing or swimsuits. Be aware the material is horrible and the return policy totally sucks. You have to go through several stages to get your refund back and you have to pay for postage. Be AWARE do not buy from this company. They sent me lingerie set that was ripped and poor poor poor quality fabric. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Similar to other customers, the product itself is cute, but the return process is impossible. I provided the order number, tracking number, and even a screenshot of proof of return delivery. It has been over two weeks since the items were returned to their warehouse and customer service will not issue a refund because they "cannot locate the package."
Buyer beware. Do yourself a favor and find something similar on Amazon or Target.

I've purchased 6 swimsuits from Cupshe since last December and I absolutely love them. Their prices are great, the material is great, and the support is great. The customer service is also fantastic. Anytime I've had a question or concern, I get a response from a rep in less than 24 hours who is professional, friendly, and beyond helpful. The bathing suits are very flattering and super cute! The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the sizing and material are off with some suits. A couple I ordered don't have as much elasticity as my others and fit me very loosely. I always order mediums and while some fit perfectly, others are too baggy. I received two more bathing suits and they're a little looser than my other mediums. Small seems to be the smallest size on some bathing suits which scares me to order one because I'm scared it won't fit at all, but I think I'm going to have to try it because the mediums have been fitting a bit loose lately. (For reference: my measurements are 34, 28, 42). Otherwise, this company is absolutely fantastic and I will be a lifelong customer for sure. PLEASE never change.

I highly recommend buying from this company. Their selection is original and suits are of good quality, arriving in stylish individual suit packaging. My daughter and I ordered a total of 6 suits so far for our upcoming Hawaii trip and we are so pleased. Their return policy is awesome as is their customer support team. I ordered the wrong size and they took care of it for me.
