I ordered a 2 piece bathing suit and a pair of bottoms. I loved the design on the bathing suit and I believe they are great quality for how much you pay but there sizing is off. I checked the size chart before I ordered my bathing suit and made sure I got the right size and it still did not fit properly. Although the bathing suit and bottoms didn't work there customer service was awesome. The day I emailed them they got back to me a couple hours after and everything was done within a week. I love how they give you the option to keep your bathing suit and they will refund you full price other then they take $5 off. This great for people who want their money back fast.
I purchased 3 suits not knowing how their sizing was going to be and decided to just keep one. I reached out to customer service, had a reply same day and was able to get a full refund very quickly. I would recommend CupShe not only for the suits themselves, but the service was excellent!

Not only are the bathing suits I ordered super cute and comfortable, but the quality is great! I found that I didn't fit the size I thought I would (they were too loose) and the customer service was fabulous in getting me the right sizing after and shipping them quickly. Will 100% order again

I have purchased several bathing suits from CupShe after seeing their ads on Facebook and Instagram. I love the suits! I will definitely be going back for more. Not only are the bathing suits great, their customer service is top notch. When I needed to return a bathing suit for size, I was given several options for the return, with one being to receive a 130% coupon towards another purchase and keep the suit I had. I did everything right according to their return policy and it is now August and I purchased in May and I only got half of the return money back. They DO NOT want to refund money at all. First, they make it so hard thinking that I would give up and then they only returned one order and not the second order. They should not be doing business at all they are not reputable. Bathing suits are the ONE thing that would need to be returned because of size and fit. They do not care at all. I was lucky to get back $93.00 they still owe me $112.00.

I ordered 3 bathing suits from Cupshe -- 2 out of the 3 fit perfectly, but the third was an awkward fit. I talked with customer service and they issued me a coupon to buy a new suit without even having to go through the hassle of returning the old one. I definitely recommend Cupshe!

Bought 3 suits from Cupshe. 2 of the 3 fit perfectly. Ask for a return authorization immediately. They responded within 24 hours. The representative told me to KEEP the 3rd suit and she will send me a coupon for 130% of the value of the 3rd suit and to pick anything else I wanted from the catalog.
