I have to say, I was so pleased with the quality of these suits as well as the customer service! One of them was just a little big, they made it so easy! Very responsive. It's always a risk with some of these sites but this is a winner, the prices are great, the quality is really nice and the suits are flattering to all shapes. You won't be disappointed!

I was really worried after I ordered from here because of some of the negative reviews. My experience was amazing though! I received my two suits within a week and absolutely love them. The quality is great and they looked even better on. I even made an error and ordered the wrong size. I hoped to do an exchange for the correct size but they kindly offered to allow me to keep the suit and give me a coupon for a different one. To my surprise the coupon would cover the cost of another suit. I couldn't be any happier with my experience and bathing suits. Glad I took the chance after seeing some of the negative reviews because I had such a positive one and will for sure be a repeat customer!

I ordered a really cute one piece swim suit or what looked like a really cute swimsuit for a great price. I should of known "you get what you pay for" because after reading all about their sizing I placed my order. A few days later my order arrived. The bottom [waist down] fit great. The waist was 5 sizes to small. And the bust was 5 sizes too big. The material was really cute so I went to a seamstress to see if it can be altered and I'm looking at 10x the price I paid to fix it. Buyer beware.

I ordered a dress that was too big and emailed about the return process so that I could purchase a smaller one. They told me not to even worry about returning it and gave me a coupon code to apply for the cost of the dress! Love the quality of there clothing and suits!

The product itself is great but you better make sure you have the right size because returning an item and expecting to receive your refund is out of the question. I returned my suit the first week in June and still have not received my refund. I was asked for my order number Aug 3rd to get the process going but as of today COMPLETE SILENCE

Do not order from Cupshe! I ordered two bathing suits originally in a size medium, and they did not fit whatsoever. The sizing chart is no where near what it says! I asked to return my items, but they offered me a coupon to try ordering in a size large. Which I did, and once again, did not even remotely fit. Medium was too small, large was too big. I tried giving them a second chance, but now I wish I didn't. I asked to return ALL items as there is no point in keeping them if they don't fit, and now they wont refund me my money because I accepted the coupon. Very disappointed with the sizing of these & not to mention the material is CHEAP and the bathing suits I got in large look NOTHING like the pictures. Will never recommend or shop here again.

I purchased three suits! The quality is excellent. They arrived promptly. The bottoms were a little smaller cut in the back than I like so I chose to return. They gave three excellent return options and responded to my request very quickly. Will surely order from them again in the future.

Love the variety! I ordered 5 suits and kept 2. Was worried about the return process but opted for the one-time don't return anything and they just subtracted $5 per suit and was happy that I didn't have to worry about sending anything back. I've gotten so many compliments already and will definitely come back next summer to find something new.

I purchased 4 swimsuits online through Cupshe. They arrived pretty fast but I needed to return 3 of them. 1 of them was too big (gaped in the back), the other one was horrible for big chested women, and last one was just ugly. When I looked up the return policy, little did I know I was about to have to jump through A SERIES OF LONG HOOPS to do a return!
Here is how you have to get your money back for a return;
1. Once you decide to do a return: Email them and tell them why. They will then DECIDE if they will allow you to return the items.
2. You have to email them back in 24 hours to tell them if you want to still return the items.
3. I had to email them again and ask where to USPS the items back to
4. Once I FINALLY received a shipping address, you MUST take a picture of your receipt, package, and shipping costs and email it back to them.
I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY AGAIN. THIS IS RIDICULOUS TO JUMP THROUGH THIS MANY HOOPS TO RETURN THEIR PRODUCT TO GET MY MONEY BACK!
