I purchased 6 pieces of swimwear: 3 bathing suits and 3 bikinis in a size XS but for one of them which was not available in that size, so I went for an S. All looked awesome and great quality... Except for the bikini in size S, which fit me very big. I contacted the customer service and they replied in no time, offering a full range of options to either return it or keep it and get more than a full refund. I finished ordering a couple of bikinis more, and I am eager to receive them! I live in Madrid and it took 2 weeks for the parcel to arrive... I could not be happier. Highly recommended.

I had ordered 4 bathing suits from Cupshe before receiving my last order, and loved them all. My newest purchases did not fit my chest, no worries not everything is meant for every body type. The options I had as far as returning them were so incredibly easy! I HIGHLY recommend this site, prices are great, quality is fabulous and if you happen to not like what you order, for whatever reason, you'll be blown away at the ease of dealing with their customer service.

I received my swimsuits and love them. One had a snag in the bust seam and customer service helped me quickly. My replacement suit was out of stock and a coupon was given for one that was in stock. Shipping was taken care of and no need to send out damaged suit. Now just waiting for new swimsuit to get here for out trip.

My product came late, thus missing my entire vacation. By the time I got home and tried to return the product, it was 2 days past their 21 day return policy and they will not take back the unopened undamaged goods. Their customer service representatives are rude and terrible to their customers.

My swimsuit came in 6 days with (free) standard shipping! The packaging was cute, and the swimsuit was really soft and good quality. I would buy from again! Just make sure to check their sizing chart before ordering and measure yourself :D

I recently ordered a suit from Cupshe and decided to go with a medium, once I got it I realized the suit was just a tad bit bigger than what I needed so I emailed Cupshe for some customer service help. Carole, was my representative, and absolutely wonderful! She was so helpful in the entire process and made sure that I was happy with everything long the way.

We ordered two suits for our teenager. They are modest & we are very satisfied with their quality. We had a small customer service issue with one of the straps that had some unraveling. The response team & process was excellent. We were able to donate the one suit to a friend in need whose mother will pair the strap.
