CUPSHE was amazing when I reached out to them about a bikini I ordered that was a little too big. I requested to do an exchange and they happily gave my a coupon to their app that allowed me to get a different suit and in my situation they didn't require that I return the original bikini. I highly recommend this seller with their great customer service and their cute, great-quality products!
I purchased a bikini set from Cupshe and the top didn't come close to fitting. The bikini I ordered was the Fete solid top and bottom in green. Their site says bikini sets can be returned and must be returned together. I sent the suit back in addition to a horrible "sweater" they referred to as a swimsuit cover-up. The company says I ordered a mix and match lingerie and it can't be returned. Mix and match would be 2 different products and a swimsuit is not lingerie. The fact that they won't publish their return address clearly on their web site is a red flag in itself. I have literally emailed this company for days.

I've ordered from CupShe a couple of times. Here is the deal as I see it. They are a foreign company and I think returns/refunds are not easy to process. That said, they offer amazing alternatives. I have ordered suits that didn't work out for whatever reason, and contacted them. The give three options: a 60% refund, keep items without returning, a coupon for 130% of the item costs and keep items without returning, or return/send back and wait for refund. I have done each of the first two. The first time I did the 60% refund and they credited me immediately. The second time I did the 130% credit coupon, and it worked great. The swimsuits themselves are of good quality. I own several. When you end up with one that is sized wrong, contacting them for an exchange is easy in that they will likely give you that 130% refund to either purchase the right size or a whole 'nother swimsuit. And you'll keep the original. It's all worked out for me, but again, I haven't done a return/refund scenario.

I ordered two bikinis and they both are very good material and are so cute but one of the tops did not fit. So I contacted customer service and since they sale bikinis in a set I could not just exchange the top but customer service sent me a coupon code to order an entire new bikini for free! And I didn't have to send the other one back. I cannot say enough about how great this company is! Thank you cupshe!

I am looking forward to purchasing on Cupshe, everything looks great. The only thing I can say is when you select price filters, it will periodically put items over the price you selected in with your results, which can be annoying, or frustrating. But other than that, I will soon be purchasing!

I have ordered bikini and one piece swim suits from CUPSHE for the past 3 years and have always been satisfied with the quality of the product, the timely arrival in the mail and the exceptional costumer service! Although all the suits may not fit your body type like you want, CUPSHE will do exchanges and returns promptly and it's so easy. Customer service was great and quick and so was the delivery of the swim suits. I am completely satisfied with the quality of the suits I chose. I ordered 2 size small suits and was concerned about the tops possibly being too small for my chest but they fit great. I also appreciate the reusable bags each comes with.

I'm always scared of purchasing products over the internet because you never know what you are going to get. Especially when it comes to clothing. But I needed some bathing suits for my upcoming vacation and a friend introduced me to this website. The bathing suits were super cute and reasonably. I decided to test out the waters by only ordering one at first and see what happens. My product arrived in 4 days and my bathing suit was really cute and it fit according to the sizing chart. I was really excited and pleased and so then my proceeded to order more and all the products that I ordered arrived in a timely manner and the products were all good quality. I did have one that did not fit me like I wanted because of my chest size and I asked to return the product. The return process was super easy and the customer service was amazing. I have told a lot of my friends about this website and I definitely will be purchasing from them in the near future.

If you're considering ordering from cupshe. Don't. It's a waste of time and I waiting over a month for a refund and they would never get back to me. I had to threaten them in order to get a response.

They're products are great quality for the price and their customer service is excellent. I bought a medium in a bikini and really needed a small bottom. I messaged them about how to get a different size for the bottom and they sent me a whole new bathing suit for free! I ended up buying two more suits because they're so awesome! I usually never order any type of clothing online because I always like to try on first but I took a chance on Cupshe after seeing how cute and affordable the swimsuits are! I ordered a couple at first and love how they fit me. The material is great and flattering! I'll definitely continue to buy :) I'm around 140lbs and wear a 34 C and the medium works great for me.
