I ordered from here because it had a wide variety of cute bathing suits in nice patterns and colors. The tops on the bathing suits were too small but the bottoms fit well. I wish you could order different sizes and tops and bottoms. However, when I emailed to try to exchange to see if the bigger suit would fit, they let me keep the old one and sent me the new one for free plus a coupon. The fast and easy customer service was great and now I am happy to have a bathing suit I really like that fits me well!

I received my items quickly. I had ordered a size to big and was looking for an exchange. The exchange process was easy and well worth it. I thought the exchange process would take a while but with the coupon option I received my items promptly. I have recommended cupshe to my friends. The only thing I would Change is that I wish you could order the sets in different sizes. I am more bottom heavy then top and would have liked to choose two different sizes on the sets.

I was somewhat surprised with how nice the quality of the swimwear was for the price. I ordered 6 swim suits with the mindset that they probably wouldn't be the best, but was surprised when I received them how nice they were! The sizing runs a tad small so order up.

They have terrible service. I paid for faster shipping, and now I am waiting to hear back from them about a size exchange. The first email said they could do it, and now I have not heard back from them at all. This will make my order late, and make it pointless that I paid extra for shipping. This is a scam

Will never purchase from Cupshe again. Very shady and amateurish. I placed an order for 4 bikinis online, assuming like any other online purchase, I would receive a confirmation email and/or order number. First ding was that I never received either. I did get the items in good time, however 3 of the 4 bikini did not fit, so wanted to process a return. I knew that I would have to pay for return shipping, but this was not a straightforward process. Instead of finding the info on their website (return address, instructions), you are forced to request the refund via email to get the process started. The package did not have a receipt or order number (VERY WEIRD) so I had to leave, a detailed email listing all the info I have hoping that they would find my order. Luckily they did and they replied giving me three options: keep the bikinis that do not fit and either get 130% coupon or 60% refund or return the items and get a full refund. I opted for full refund. I then received another email stating a new, one time only, hassle free option of keeping the bikinis for $5 each, and they would refund the rest. If that didn't suit me, I could still return for full refund. Since shipping would have been about the same amount as keeping them at this point, I went for keeping the 3 at $5 each. The fact that they were bargaining with me to try and get something out of this transaction was gross. It was obviously worth it for them for me to keep the useless bikinis, even at $5. At the end of it all, you're left feeling scammed. With so many online shopping options today, were processes are streamlined and so many have option of free returns, I will not order with Cupshe again. Not worth the hassle. And really bad business plan in that customers are left with products they do not want. That's what I'm left remembering after all this; not the bikini I did actually like, but the three crappy ones I'm left having to get rid of after five days of negotiating over email exchanges.

I have had been highly satisfied with the few purchases I have made with Cupshe. The very first time I bought from them I received my order within the time frame they gave me and I absolutely fell in love with the suit. This last purchase I made I received my order sooner than expected, however it did not fit. The options are to keep the suit that doesn't fit and receive a full refund but for their website only. (In my opinion isn't a bad deal.) Or pay to return your suit and receive a partial refund or they will send you a different size in the same suit. I chose to keep the one I received and then they gave me the full refund code to use on their website. So I bought a new one! I will suggest that when ordering online to just do the basic free shipping. Sure the time frame is longer but things happen in the process of shipping sometimes and if we are ordering out suits early enough then the time it arrives shouldn't matter! Prepare a head of time, don't procrastinate!
