I ordered 4 swim suits from Cupshe. Out of the 4 I ordered 2 did not fit so I wanted to return them. The process to return was crazy. First I had to email someone to tell them I wanted to return. Once I got this email back I had to choose options of like store credit, 60% off, of full refund. I chose the full refund and then I got another email with another 3 options. All I wanted was a refund! After I made it clear that I wanted a refund they told me I had to take multiple pictures of the product. Then, I had to mail it back and get the packaged tracked. Once I did this they told me I needed a picture of the receipt so I took a picture and asked for my refund. You think this would be enough but it wasn't. I had to highlight the shipping number or they wouldn't process my return. This long process was pointless and it had to be completed in 21 days or they wouldn't return my items. I'm still waiting on the refund but I will never order from Cupshe again!
I have ordered from CupShe several times and each time has been a great experience. Not only are their bathing suits awesome they also go above and beyond if you need to do a return. I have always received prompt and courteous communications from their customer service and swimsuits were delivered within the time frame communicated or earlier. With a family of 4 girls their suits are affordable and they are good quality. CupShe will always be our go to when bathing suit shopping! They make it so easy!

I needed to exchange the bathing suit I purchased for a larger size. I contacted customer service and instead of having to worry about sending the suit back, they let me keep it AND gave me a coupon that was worth more than the price I had originally paid for my suit to order a new size. Very happy with the quality of product as well as the customer service provided by Eve. I will absolutely be shopping here again!

Please read an honest review. I ordered on April 1st with 5-7 business day shipping. It's now April 19th and I have not received anything. The shipping says label created but still awaiting the item from April 1st. They claimed it was lost in transit and another package shipped out and and wait another 5-7 business days. If you want a full refund on products you never received, forget it. They will offer you a 100% off coupon to a future order though or only 50% refund on products you never received. What a joke. I would never recommend this company. What terrible customer service.

Ordered two bathing suits from here and one fit perfectly and the other I wasn't crazy about but I contacted customer service and they rectified this immediately and provided me with options and responded to my request very quickly. Love the quality of the suits and huge selection. Would definitely order from them again. I am 125 lb and 5'4 and a small fit perfectly. Also I live in Canada and didn't have to pay duties which is amazing!

Absolutely terrible service. I spent $150 on low quality swimsuits. When I tried to return some for a refund, they just didn't answer. I sent three requests and no answers at all. Now I've wasted my own money on terrible quality swimsuits. I'm so angry and will surely never buy from them again. Don't make the same mistake I made, just don't buy from them at all to prevent from this to happen to you.

Great customer service! The bathing suits I ordered were beautiful, but just didn't fit my long torso properly. I emailed the company for instructions on what to do next, and received a truly hassle free exchange experience. I was given a 130% coupon for my exchange and was told to donate the suits that I couldn't use. I've ordered from Cupshe many times and most of the time I'm satisfied enough to keep the swimsuits, since they are so reasonable. This time my daughter used her birthday $ so I went through the process of returning one swimsuit. This company has no phone number so all communication is through email. There must be a time difference because they would respond the next early am. Finally after many emails they approved the return and I was "so called" credited. I waited for a week to see the credit and it never showed up. I then start again the email communication which is so frustrating! They send me verification that they credited some account ending in a random number. I sent them proof of the correct card number and amount but there response was "sorry, we already refunded so we can not help you".
Just know when ordering from this company, don't go to the hassle of returning. They will come up with a bogus account number to issue a refund.
