Number one, I live their bathing suits. They are thick, durable, extremely comfortable, and I'm not sure how they are so cheap, but you can't beat the prices! It can be hard to find the right size and CupShe makes returns really easy. So easy, in fact, that I didn't even have to return it, but they gave me a coupon code to order a new size. Customer service was fast, polite, and made the experience painless. I will definitely keep ordering from them and highly recommend!
My first order did not fit me ( I imagined myself smaller) and got back to customer service where they issued a coupon to be applied on a new order. I'm currently waiting for my new swimsuits and hopefully they fit this time. Customer service have been in contact all the time with updates and tracking info from my order.

I don't know how this company is still in business with their return policy. Purchased 3 swimsuits, none of the tops fit and the day i received them i requested to return them, they have been emailing me back and forth trying to offer me a small portion of my money back to keep the suits (that don't fit) and all i want to do is send these crappy swimsuits back and get my $75. PLEASE DONT USE THIS COMPANY, its a total scam. I should have researched the company before using, or got on Amazon where at least Amazon steps in and takes care of you. Lesson learned.

I was worried about buying a bathing suit online but I was happily surprised! The quality was excellent and the service great! I needed to change by bathing suit and CupShe responded quickly and responded to my questions! I ended up by buying more bathing suits! They are pretty and of good quality!

Do not order anything directly from their website! Their swimsuits look cute, but are made completely overseas. The package comes from I don't know where because I can't read the Chinese or Japanese on the bag. There is no packing slip enclosed so when you email to get the address to return any items they asks for a bunch of information like the product code and the skew number that would be on a packing slip if there was one. Only for them to take days to get you back an actual address where you have to pay to ship back across the world! If you want to try them I think they sell on Amazon now so do that! At least then when you end up returning items, and you will, it won't be such a hassle!

Great swimsuits fit is true to size and excellent material! Will definitely purchase again! I am 5'3 130lbs purchased mediums and fit a little big could have gone with a small but I was afraid they would run small. However the medium still worked!
No probably refunding my money! Great quality swimsuits at a great price. I hate the swimsuits did not work but, bottoms run too small. Not enough coverage for a 40 year old

No customer service number that hasn't been disconnected. Waited 7 days and my product still has not been shipped. Contacted Zendesk who claims they have nothing to do with this company even though all correspondence has their name on it.

I emailed everything needed to return my swimsuit and they said a return address and label will be sent and that was 1 week ago. They will not respond to any emails now. It will be past the window to return. Ugh... These swimsuits are not made for DD's, they simply will not cover.

At first I thought these guys were just way behind the times in the e-commerce world of returns. But after many back and forth confusing emails clearly originating from a non native of the English language, I realized they had very carefully setup a nearly impossible to return situation on purpose. The "deals" they try to give you keep getting sweeter the further you push for a refund. They blatantly make it nearly impossible for you to return and all but force you to keep your items for some sort of partial refund or store credit. In both cases the math works out in their favor, as they still make money if you take the partial refund, and enough store credits never get used to justify the ridiculous 130% offer they eventually through out. I get why they are still in business, but I guarantee they will eventually run out of customers with these borderline criminal practices. If your suit fits, I am sure you are thrilled and this review is meaningless. If it doesn't fit, well you now own a suit that you won't be returning.
TIP! Even if you like the suit email them to return it. Within 24 hours you will have an email offering you a 60% refund and you keep it. Spread this around via social media and the company will be on its heals!

After a bit of back and forwards cupshe added a credit to me and I was able to order the correct size. I had to send photos and push the issue but in the end it was resolved.

I purchased a size medium bikini from cupshe when it arrived I thought the top was a little small but stupidly assumed I had been sent the correct size. I discovered when I was packing for my trip that they actually sent me a size small top and a side medium bottom. They refused to allow me to return my bikini as is was 4 days outside their 21 day policy even though it was their mistake. Avoid this business!

My review title says it all. The quality of the swimsuit I got was high end, and the price was shockingly not. First one-piece I have tried since I was a kid, and I don't regret it. I have a long torso, and it fit me perfectly. I am 5'-8", 134-lbs, and I got a medium. I promptly received confirmation/shipping emails, and ship time was quick.
