I can't really speak for the quality of the suits yet as I haven't worn them for any long amount of time, but as for customer service, I would give 10 stars if I could! My swimsuit package was stolen of my porch along with several other packages that were delivered that day. The police advised me to reach out to the companies to explain what happened and see if there was a refund option available for the stolen products. Cupshe responded within 7 hours of my message and not only offered a refund, but also have the option of a free replacement order or 130% coupon. I wanted the swimsuits I ordered so they sent a replacement order the next business day! Very professional and caring of their customers. While the delivery is no longer their responsibility once delivered (which is what every other company told me that had stolen packages) they replaced it anyway! Will continue to buy from this company!

I was skeptical that swim suits at this price point could be of high quality, but they are! I was so pleased with the purchases in made. I had two swim suits in my order that I needed to exchange for size. Cupshe customer service to care of me quickly and made the process simple and fast. Great company who cares about their customers!

I purchased a one piece suit and found it a little short in the torso, especially since I am larger chested my celevage was a bit much. I contacted them about an exhange and they said I could keep the other suit and they gave me a credit for another suit. So I found another one I liked. I got that one and it is still a little short in the torso, but works much better. I am 5'10 so if you are a taller person; you may want to keep that in mind when buying one piece suits. But their customer service was good and the suits came quickly and are very cute!

Was very haooy with all three suits I bought, but one didn't fit so well. Cupshe did a great job with sending me an appropriate measure for exchange. I am waiting for that suit now, and I look forward to shopping with them in the future. Bathingsuit shoppinf at home is SO much better than in the store!

The swimsuits seem to be decent quality, but I needed to exchange for a smaller size and they denied my exchange due their ridiculous return policy. Make sure you're counting down the days since your package was delivered as they will NOT accommodate exchanges even ONE day past their deadline. I am now stuck with three swimsuits that are too big and am out all of my money. Will be taking my business elsewhere.
