I weigh 170 lbs and purchased a beautiful swimsuit in XL. Unfortunately it was too tight and I reached out to Cupshe, and received a coupon code in exchange for correct size I needed XXL.

I purchased 3 suits- shipping and arrival was quick! The sizing of the suits is bang on (true to size)- I just didn't love the style of two of the three- I contacted Cupshe customer service to see about returning- there team made my whole experience fabulous- it was a seamless, professional, courteous conversation and very easy process! I have already ordered two more suit- the quality, the style of the suits is exactly what I would expect for $$$ cost suits! I am so excited that I found this site! Highly recommend!

I bought a few swimsuit i didn't end up loving the fit but instead of reaturning them they deducted 5$ from each swimming suit for shipping and refunded me the rest so i didn't even have to go to the post office to send then back! Ordered 2 suits. Was not happy with one. Contacted Cupshe and was responded to very quickly. They gave me several options on how i wantes to handle the situation. I thought all were actually good options but chose one that gave me store credit. Then ordered another that ende up being free. Throughout the process,, they kept in touch to make sure i was satisfied.

Ordered 3 pairs and when they arrived 2 didnt fit so good. I contacted the service department and not only did they get back to me immediately they actually gave me a voucher to buy the smaller size and I didn't have to send the original purchase back. I was very surprised. Thanks for making my day.

I was very pleased with the help from Cupshe's service team when I needed to exchange a swimsuit I ordered from their website. Instead of having me go through the hassle of an exchange, the told me to keep the swimsuit and sent me a coupon code worth $28.99 (more than I even paid for the original swimsuit I was trying to exchange) and told me to purchase another one! The inosovual I was exchanging emails with on this matter was timely, polite, and extremely helpful. 5 Star service rating from me!

I am super picky too start off with so ordering swimsuits online was a nerve wracking thing for me. I ordered the suits and I should have went a size up due to my large chest. So the suits didn't work out but the customer service is amazing. I had a very quick turn around and was able to have new suits on the way immediately. A business customer service is the most important part of a company and they are on point. I will continue to order from them now on.
