It has been 13 days and I still didn't received any notification from any courier company with whom my parcel had been in charged to. No wonder why I didn't get notification through text because the parcel was handled by the New Post which is slow. I got my parcel now and it is 14 days. I am satisfied with my swimsuits, my first swimsuits ordered online and they are perfect. But the tracking is hard, because its New Zealand Post, but that is alright. It is not a fake company and I will do business with this company again, although I had to give allowance for its slow delivery.
I ordered 4 pairs of bikini's from CupShe, my mistake that I ordered the incorrect size. I emailed the company and within hours I got a response and offered a 130% refund so I can reorder the correct size. Very friendly and prompt to respond.
As for the bikini's - they are of excellent quality and very vibrant colours. They fit perfectly and all come with padding (which isn't always the case when you buy from department stores).
I have already got all my family and friends onto this CupShe!

I was actually shocked with the excellent customer service from cupshe. Usually these sites that offer clothing at s good price are too good to be true... this is not the case with cupshe. Great quality bikinis for a crazy cheap price, amazing customer service and fast delivery! I will 100% return to shop here!

I bought a 2 piece set; high wasted bottoms & shoe string strapped bikini top with underwire, it looked really nice out of the packaging but l knew it was poor quality even before swimming in them.
I'm a 12 C cup usually. L ordered my size but they're big make in bottoms & the top was really unsupportive, after one swim l won't wear again but will look for a better quality swim suit in this style.
Moral; you get what you pay for, or even sometimes less.

I ordered one swim suit. Shipping was faster than expected. I loved it when it arrived but the top of the two piece was too big (cup size was awkwardly wide for a medium) Their customer service is quick to respond and easy to work with. I was able to keep that swim suit (I just donated it) and get store credit to order another swim suit at no charge. The second swim suit fit better but the cup size was still awkwardly wide.

The bathing suits have a great fit and are of good quality. They did take rather long to arrive, but with the mail strikes in Canada, it is hard to accurately determine the time they would have taken during a regular occurrence. I would definitely recommend buying suits from this site however, because they are a great and cheap option!

I purchased 4 bathing suits from this website and it was my second purchase from them. I lucked out with sizing my first time around but my most resent purchase I received the swim suits and one did not fit correctly. I reached out to customer service and not only did they get back to me straight away they offered me a special code to the value of the bathers to redeem a new bathing suit. I did not have to muck around trying to send back the ones that did not fit and will now gift them to someone. I highly recommend this company and will continue to shop through them, the bathers are of good quality and if you have any issue with sizing they are happy to help, Which gives you peace of mind while shopping, they have a huge range and are right on trend. With sizing I recommend going one size up than your usual one.

I bought two swimsuits for the first time from them a few weeks ago. Neither fit me properly but the quality was great so I reached out to customer service for a return. They told me I could keep the suits and gave me a code which was worth more than what I paid for the suits (awesome!). I ordered a size up and they got here within a week (as did the first order). I now have two small suits that I can gift to someone as well as two amazing suits of my own. Will definitely buy from them again.

I'm on my fourth suit from them!=) I ended up wanting to exchange one that didn't fit me how I hoped when it arrived(it's a risk you take buying online without trying on) and they let me keep it(made a great gift for a friend) and sent me a discount code to get a new one. Just like that!

The products are in good quality, though the one-piece is kind of runs small. I usually in size small for bikini, and medium for one-piece, cause I have long torso. But I have to have large for one of the one-piece. Other thing are good. Also, the return process is kind of old-school, email back and forth is time-consuming. Hope they could make it work on their web by one-click. FYI, the return is NOT free, but they offer PARTIAL refund and you can keep the swimwear.

I purchased two bathing suits and was so excited to receive them in the mail. When they finally arrived I rushed to open them, what I found was unsatisfying. The first was much too big and the second had a tear down the side. When I went to Request a refund they simply turned me down and said sorry we hope you understand. I spent a fair amount of money on what I thought would be quality suits. Terrible customer service and suits- I would not recommend wasting your money.

I've ordered five bathing suits from Cupshe so far and there is never a shortage of compliments when I wear them. I've only had to return one, a one piece, because I'm 6' tall it's hard to find a one piece that fits through my torso... the customer service was fast and sooo easy.
