I purchased two bathing suits from Cupshe for a vacation. When I submitted my order, the shipping time frame was 10-12 days. 20 days later and still didn't have my package and I didn't have it in time for my vacation. I was already annoyed and then once I received my package, one of the bathing suits didn't fit (even though they were the exact same size). I followed the instructions listed on their website to process a refund only to find out that they do not give full refunds and do not provide shipping labels. They basically lie on their website. Don't order from them.

Worst customer service ever. I ordered 3 suits, 1 didnt fit and 1 was completely the wrong suit. It has taken me an entire month to get the coupon codes to reorder and now my suits wont be here for the trip Im taking next Friday. If I wanted to have them for my trip I would have to pay $15 in shipping. They refuse to help me with that even though the experience they created was horrendous. I think they try to make returns as inconvenient as possible in hopes that you will just get tired of it and they will be able to keep your money.

I don't even know if I would give this company one star. I received my order on 2/26 and emailed the company a day later to let them know i needed to return. My order number was *******. I keep getting the general email response and have sent them everything they asked for several times with no response. Can someone PLEASE respond regarding the next step to return these items so I can get my money back. This is terrible customer service! Laura Capps

I wish I had read these reviews before ordering. They have horrible customer no-service. I made a return over a month ago and they have yet to credit me. I have emailed at lest 7 times and get the same frustrating bland non-response. Unfortunately, I did not send the package with a tracking number, so I feel I have no recourse. I'm sure the package must have been delivered to them, but I cannot prove it. Chalk this loss up to experience, but I am writing this now to tell others, "DO NOT BUY FROM THEM."

I had written a 1 star review because the first suit never came. And though they promised a new one would be sent, I had a hard time getting a Tracking number or Shipping information from them. But lo and behold, the new suit arrived today. And I am shocked at the quality. It is soooo well made and fits beautifully! I can't believe how much I love this suit. Shopping for bathing suits is always so difficult in a store... But I would absolutely buy from them again. I appreciate that they made it right... and in a big way!

I purchased a bikini set from Cupshe and the top didn't come close to fitting. The bikini I ordered was the Fete solid top and bottom in green. Their site says bikini sets can be returned and must be returned together. I sent the suit back in addition to a horrible "sweater" they referred to as a swimsuit cover-up. The company says I ordered a mix and match lingerie and it can't be returned. Mix and match would be 2 different products and a swimsuit is not lingerie. The fact that they won't publish their return address clearly on their web site is a red flag in itself. I have literally emailed this company for days.

I accidentally found this site, I figured I'd order some bathing suits that didn't break the bank and to my surprise, they were GREAT quality, fit great and true to size. I then decided if the bathing suits were great, I'd try their clothes next. I ordered several dresses all but one for, I contact customer service to process a return, from the time I e mailed them to the time I received my refund was less than 24 hours! Impressive!
Although not everything has been a perfect fit, that's the risk of online shopping- so far I'm very happy with my purchases despite a couple of returns...
My new favorite site to shop, it's a little addicting!
Oh, and their shipping if fairly quick too!

I bought 3 bikinis from Cupshe. Its always tricky to buy bikini online but with the measurement supplied all 3 fitted me perfectly! The bikinis arent only trendy and pretty, they are also of very good quality, all of this for such a great price!
I am also really pleased with their customer service. I ended up requiring the refund of some items and have been exchanging over email with their customer service team to organise the return. They have been very responsive and patient with all my questions. I will most definitely shop at Cupshe again in the future!

This company is extremely dodgy. They plaster all over their site 'hassle free returns' within 30 days, however when you actually try to return they say 'returns not accepted on marked down items' (not mentioned in their advertising). The problem is every item in their store is always 'marked down' from an exhorbitant sticker price, so they never accept returns. The quality of the swimwear is really poor, unflattering cuts and poor quality material - will never shop here again! SCAM!

I like this site so much more than the other swimsuit site I have been to. The service is nice on the site and also when you speak to them in person, they always have what I'm looking for and I don't feel pressured to buy anything if I really don't want to. The best part is the quality of their produce, makes me wish to own more from the, delivery is quick and always on time just as they promise. When ever I want a swim suit this cups is always the best site for me. You should try them. Fantastic.

Rating zero isn't an option so I had to go with a 1. As many others have written we ordered two suits and neither fit (even tho we went exactly by their sizing chart). We have tried contacting CupShe with zero response, there is no phone # to get to a himan being. We are stuck with 2 suits that don't fit and can't get our money back. Poorest customer service I've ever experienced. Zappos is so easy to deal with... will go back to them!

I was a little tentative about ordering from CupShe given the price of the suits but decided to order after reading all the reviews. The reviews stated that suits typically arrived in 11 days. Mine arrived in 5 business days. Whoohoo! When I tried it on the size was right on however not very flattering on me. I inquired about an exchange and they responded within 24 hours and immediately gave me a credit to find another suit. The next one is on it's way and I'm looking forward to it. Thank you CupShe!

I've purchased from Cushe before and am always pleased with the quality and many swimsuit choices. I had to contact customer service for a size exchange (bought the smaller size based on others product reviews) and the return/exchange process was quick and simple. I will definitely keep buying more swim suits and coverups.

I received my order today and I rushed over here to write a review! Honestly, I have NEVER had a better experience with online shopping. I ordered 4 bikinis from Cupshe for my honeymoon in May, and they arrived so quickly! All of them were exactly as pictured and were in perfect, new condition. Best of all, they were affordable! They fit me like they were tailored to my exact body type! I was definitely hesitant to buy, but now I don't think I can stay away from this site! If you're thinking of buying from Cupshe, I am 5'4 and 143 pounds and I ordered all of my bikinis in mediums. They weren't too tight or too loose and the material was fantastic. Hope you have as much luck as I did!
