I tried to order one brow pencil twice and both transactions got cancelled, but still charged my card. So I tried to order some random My Little Pony pallet with the pencil and it charged me and got cancelled again. Both cancellation emails I got said it would take 7-12 business days for the money to be refunded back on my card and its been almost 3 weeks now and Ive called and called and called and emailed and emailed and emailed and all the replies say the same thing it will take 7-12 business days and every time Ive called no one answers! Its Tuesday, 2 more days until Thanksgiving and 3 more days until Black Friday. I NEED MY MONEY FOR BLACK FRIDAY SHOPPING!
So they were having a "sale" but when colourpop has a sale you either get the "sale" price or if you have a code you wanna use you can use that but not both. They had this new palette the bare necessities palette out and they had it for $30 and said that the $30 is 33% off the original price. So if it's $30 and it's 33% off that means the full price is $44-$45. Ok that's more off than the code my friend had so I went with the sale. They put the original price up, it's $34. When asked about it, my email was ignored. I finally got my palette and the eyeshadows are dinged, like there's small chunks of the shadows gone. The palette itself is dirty and the eyeshadows are moving around inside the palette. For even $30 you'd think the quality would be better but nope. They want to make a quick buck off of the customer and don't care about the customer. I opened another palette and there was a shade missing and it didn't get destroyed in the box traveling because it was clean. So that means this palette LEFT without it being checked once again showing they don't care and they don't quality check. This company is ABSOLUTELY fraud and crap and you're better off with a company that cares because they certainly do not.
They refuse to give you a shipping date, they refuse to give a tracking number. When you say you did not ship cancel. L Their response is NO YOU CAN NOT CANCEL AND NO REFUNDS buried in their FACTS, Avoid them at all cost Please
If I could give them 0 star, I would do that right away. I love their lipstick, dont get me wrong. I tried their lipstick bought my my friend and sister and finally decided to get one for myself. I placed an order and received confirmation right away, the money was taken off from my bank account right away. But there was no email sent since then. I waited for 5 days after I placed my order to see if there was an update and the response I got was we take 3-5 business days to process the order. No apologies, nothing. Yes I understand their normal processing time is 3-5 days which is why I waited until 5th day for an update. No other information was provided in the email, nothing else. Like its the 5th day so you better give me more than its our normal processing time. If its 5th day you better have an answer about whether or not its going to be shipped today.
I would rather soend more money and buy somewhere else than come back to them! WORST first experience ever abd deifinitemy the last! So disappointed! Such rude customer service reps that do not know how to talk to people!
So my story started on 5 nov 2019, when I made order for eyeliner and palette with 12 eyeshadows. It arrived in 4 days from USA to Germany and then got stuck there for one month. Meanwhile one of friends of mine made order the same dates and her parcel got lost as well but she was offered to be refunded or to resent the parcel right away. This was processed for her very fast. And for me no answer from Customer Support for one week and then they just sent me their policy, but I already knew from my friend that there is an issue. OK.
Then after more than 1 month they decided to resent the order and no refund allowed, and again it stuck in Germany according to the tracking. In the end today I received it and guess what, on package the indicated date is 6 NOV. And today is 21 JAN 2020! And take a look at screenshots attached from my account on ColourPop about shipped time...
All of my eyeshadows are without palette cause it was out of stock and no replacement allowed, separated, it's awful. How should I use it and keep it?!
Some of colours has on package the same name as I ordered but it look totally different in reality than on their official page! (I attached photos with name on package in the mirror and on site. It suppose to be more pinky and bordo, but all of them are brown)
I don't need your freaking voucher for palette base! I'm not gonna take that risk again!

I've ordered three times from Colourpop. Each time shipping was free, quick and everything got all the way to Alaska in one piece. I love all the products I've tried and I can't wait to order more!
To begin with, I heard lots of things about colourpop and I decided to buy some items because of all the hype. I was told that the shadows were super pigmented and the liquid lipsticks were beautiful.
So on a day after Boxing Day, I ordered about $50 USD ($75 NZD) worth of makeup from Colourpop. The order was not processed until 31 December. Presumably because it was the sale period and they were experiencing a overwhelming number of orders. On January 2, I was told that my order was on its way to USPS shipping partner. And by January 5, it had been shipped to the LAX airport. I was provided with a tracking number and honestly the tracking number wasnt very accurate for me. I live in New Zealand, and hence it was an international order. My parcel then arrived to New Zealand on the 6th of January. And Ive now got it in my hands today (10 January). However, the USPS site and the NZ post site, both do not state that the package has been delivered, which I find strange. Im actually quite pleased with the fast shipping. The products in the box were in a acceptable manner. My yes please! Palette had shadow pressed all over, but none of the shadows were cracked.
The matte lipsticks were heavenly. The colors that I got were beautiful and felt almost like nothing on my lips. The only downfall is that, it was a little crumbly and dry. (Tip: just glide some lip balm over before you apply the lipsticks)
Otherwise, everything was pretty good and Im quite pleased.
Fantastic makeup, but they just don't GAF about you. They offer nothing more than cut-and-paste bs responses when you contact them. They stopped shipping for Covid-19 about a week after I placed a large order for my birthday, and it hadn't shipped yet. That crushed me, but of course, I understood. I got a mass email saying my order would be a priority when shipping resumed. When shipping resumed, I got another mass email, but WEEKS went by, and my order still hadn't shipped. I sent several emails and got no sense that they cared in any way. The products arrived over two months after the order was placed.
I took a chance and ordered again on June 11th. Shipping notification two hours later. I was thrilled. But, guess what? No updates since, and everyone I know who ordered the exact same new release palettes had it in their hands a week ago. My package doesn't appear to have left the warehouse, according to the tracking.
I can't believe a business can behave with this little regard to their customers. There's enough great makeup out there that I'll be taking my money somewhere that values my business. I will always recommend others do the same.

I would really like to give color pop a five star review as their products are great, however, their customer service is absolutely atrocious. After being offered a 15% off coupon code, at checkout, there was nowhere to apply the code. My order was accidentally processed without my consent, and even though their confirmation email gives a customer service email to reach out to, it's an undeliverable address.
Only after trying to reach out to the company on multiple platforms to try to have my order reversed, as I was not planning on paying full price after being offered the discount, I found hidden on their website their "no refunds, no returns" policy.
Any company operating in this day and age should not be so difficult to get ahold of, and should be willing to work with its customers on any and all purchases made through their company.
Colour Pop, I strongly urge you to reconsider, as I've stated before, your products are great and have resonable prices. However, you are definitely not worth the money if there is no customer support to back you up.
Only sent half my order. Took several emails and messages to get the 2nd half. Then they send me the wrong color. I have sent many emails and no response. Rip off!
I was super stoked to get my new make up in the mail & the first thing I saw when I opened the package was powder everywhere

Colourpop.com is illegally putting expiry dates on credits provided to their customers. In my instance, they made an error and did not ship me two items that I had paid for. I let them know using the proper channels and they offered me a credit for the two items with a three month expiry date. I responded that there should be no expiry date as they have my money and cannot tell me that they will keep it without providing me with a product or service (unjust enrichment) due to some arbitrary date passing (in this case, the expiry of the credit). California Law agrees with this. No expiry period is permissible. You give them the money, they ‘owe' you merchandise. They can't take your money and offer you nothing in return. This is because, rather than return items, which they do not allow, I did not receive items that I paid for. So the credit they issued me is no different than a gift card in that sense. Especially since it only applies to their store and their merchandise. As a kicker, the items I did buy and didn't receive are out of stock now. I don't want any other product. I wanted those items. Why give me only three months hoping they restock what I originally order? It's unconscionable and extremely unfair to their customers. So I wouldn't let this go and they offered me a one-time monetary return and I took it. I won't be a customer anymore and I was a fan(atic). It's too bad, but integrity and fairness means a lot to me in life and in business. They have many competitors so I'm not losing one bit.
I have always received my Packages until May 2017. I have ordered 2 Packages of stuff for 70$ each. The german customs office said, they have to send it all back to Colourpop, because it is illegal to order these to Germany because of our import law. SO the customs office sent my Package back and DHL lost it. Contacted Colourpop several time in the last 3 weeks, but no helpfull response by them at all! So end of the story, paypal woul dnot pay any refund for lost packages, colourpop is not responding anymore and I got 140$ less. THANKS FOR NOTHING COLOURPOP!
I got in contact with other Germany on facebook, they have the same Problem. They ordered the same week, had to sent back the same week as my items. HOW CAN THAT BE?
I had an item that didn't work. I sent a video to there email and the next day they sent a whole new item! They were really nice and my new item was delivered in two days! Thanks colourpop!
I ordered a package and it said it was delivered to my complex but I didn't find anything and I wasn't sure if it was my complex's issue or USPS but I emailed them and they were super helpful with changing my address to my moms house and giving me another package to replace it, so I will continue ordering it and my products I'm super happy with

They decalre higher made up prices meaning i have to pay taxes and custom for not reason even though i never pass the 75$ mark which is the amount you start paying customs and taxes here!

Secon, the shipping takes really long, over a month
If your package is lost they give you two options either a refund or sending it but if its lost again or damaged its your problem
Its takes them forever to reply to emails sometimes they just dont reply at all
Just a shady company overall

The website is easy to use, lots of products that seem great. I wouldn't know because my parcel was lost (like a lot of people's!) I contacted them after three weeks as the tracking said that the parcel had not left the US. They sent me an email that said it had just missed a scan and would be with me soon and to get back in contact if I did not receive my parcel in 21 working days.
After 21 working days had passed, I contacted them to let them know that the parcel was still in the US. They told me that local post in my country had been suspended and I should contact local customs. I knew this was untrue, but I still contacted local postage services who said, no, local post has not been suspended and no, this parcel was not in the country.
I contacted Colourpop for the third time and was offered a refund. I accepted the refund after reading all these horror stories.
The refund was $13 less than I had been charged all those months ago, but I figure this was a fine for not researching this company enough before purchasing.
After watching raving reviews on Youtube. I ordered a couple of things on their website from Canada. Supershock highlighters, gel eye shadow, etc. They were all lovely and I was really happy with it. Until I got to my last purchase. A custom 12 eyeshadow pan palette. The nightmare began. The mattes were chalky and dry - would not apply. The shimmers were just chucks of glitter at this point. And I emailed customer service for an explanation. After all most two weeks of emailing. Their answer was basically that my pictures were fine and it was not their problem if I didn't google swatches for my skin tone before buying it. Ummm... That's not even remotely close to the problem I raised. They would not refund or return it because they claim it is not their fault... Even though it is their product... Something also about low cost nature - whatever. The cost of USD to CAD, these are not cheap. Sephora money at this point. SO basically, pray you don't buy something you don't like/or get faulty product - cause you wouldn't see your money back.
I ordered the super shock shadow and it is complete junk. It has a lot of fallout and very little pigmentation. I almost ordered the vault with all of the colors and thank God I didn't. I ordered one of their eyeshadow palettes also, but I haven't tried it yet. If I want makeup I am going to stick with the good stuff. Urban decay, hourglass. I DON'T RECOMMEND COLORPOP. IT IS JUNK AND SUPER CHEAP QUALITY. I would also like to add that I used Urban decay all nighter with the eyeshadow and it's still had major fall out so this is complete junk.
