So I absolutely love colourpop, the website is easy to navigate and there are a ton of options. One thing I don't like is that there will be an item that goes out of stock ALL THE TIME, and it takes them forever to restock it so that gets a little irritating. The other day I had to wait in line for over 2 hours before I could onto the site because of a sale they were having, I understand they didn't want to clog the system or whatever but 2 hours?!?! Overall I love their products and they're great :)

Love Colourpop

Ive placed a couple orders with Colourpop so far and the experience has been pleasent and hassle free. My items have come in a timely manner and the products themselves are amazing. I would have to say customer service is great as well. I thought I was missing an eyeshadow because I overlooked it or something so I emailed them about it. They got back with me within 48 hrs and gave me a code so I code get another one with shipping paid as well. I ended up not using the code however because I did find it. But ive had a great experience all the way around.

WORST PLACE EVER
April 2, 2016

I had never ordered from colourpop Friends rave about how great it is.
I decided to give it a try ordered a few lipsticks and receive the package about a week and a half later.
I was so excited to open my package and as I got home I was starting to open it and realize that there was nothing in it.
Try to fix the problem by contacting their customer service which is only in email and not a number.
It's been a week now that I have been waiting for response.
They really need to step up their game because I am totally unsatisfied right now

While they have been taking especially long on processing lately, they let me know in to expect it a little later as soon as I placed my order.
I just received my order to day (about a week later than would have been normal) and they gave me free Super Shock eyeshadow with a little "sorry we're late" card! How sweet. They're totally aware of this issue and say it's because business has been booming recently and it's difficult to keep up. I think they're trying to get their stuff together and should be better about that soon enough.
Plus, that shadow was probably $5, which is how much I paid for my lippie stick, so I basically got a BOGO deal.
The lippie stick feels creamy and is nice and pigmented. My only complaint is that the pictures on the website aren't very accurate - they always appear WAY lighter. Watching some swatches on YouTube helped though, so I wasn't surprised with how the one I ordered looked.

I've placed 2 order from ColourPop now and all the products have been amazing. The only problem is they don't deliver to the UK and therefore I have to use a third party delivery company. I have used comGateway who are great, but it's annoying to have to go out my way to organize delivery for such small orders (plus pay a premium for the postage). Keep up the good work with the products but please start delivering internationally!

The worst customer rsolution. That is why they give you email instead a number.
If your package gets lost etc... You are on your own to resolve it. If you have a broken eyeshadow they tell you to press on it because it's fixable that doesn't matter if you wanted it as a gift... They only want to deal with you by email only. No phone number available to give.

It has been 6 business days, 9 days total, and my order has still not even been processed! What are they doing there? A friend raves about the Lippie Stix and I have had multiple occasions in which I could have worn them in the past 9 days, but still I sent empty handed. I emailed the company and they said they're busy and offered a $5 off coupon. They're always doing $5 off so that didn't seem like much of a deal to me. Anywho, I'm extremely annoyed and feel like I'm dealing with a company that doesn't have their stuff together.

Ordered 2 lipsticks 3 weeks ago and still have not received them. Processing the order took forever and receiving them even longer considering we are in the US. They do not have a phone number you can call, there supposed address is in California, however it seems as if the communication, and products come outside of the US. Will positively never order from them again!

As far as the shipment, customer service, and website navigation, I'd give a 5 star. It came in less than a week and was personalized. As for the actual product, their matte liquid lipsticks are okay. They are extremely drying and patchy even with esos or vaseline underneath. However, they're colors are amazing and affordable- so you get what you pay for I guess! & They always have $5 off coupon codes. Invest in milani liquid lipsticks instead
