I need to contact customer service immediately, I can't seem to find the number. Also, my order says it's unfulfilled. What does that mean.
Why was my ordered returned 7151069?
My Package got lost DHL said today. I had problems with the customs office, they won't give me my order so they sent it back 3 weeks ago. So colourpop should get in contact with USPS for investigation. As the receiver of this package I am not authorized to do this, only the sender is allowed. Paypal told me this morning, that they will not pay any refund for lost packages. They also said, colourpop has to get in contact with USPS. What can I do now? This hapend to me twice now, I did not receive any packages and no refund so far.
Sooo I was wondering should I be worried if I haven't received an email about shipment, I paid extra for tracking and don't know if something's gone wrong. It's only been two days, but I thought I would've received an email by now just to reassure myself that my order has been successful
does anyone know why is my shipping status is unfulfilled? does that it is still on process for delivering ?
