My Package got lost DHL said today. I had problems with the customs office, they won't give me my order so they sent it back 3 weeks ago. So colourpop should get in contact with USPS for investigation. As the receiver of this package I am not authorized to do this, only the sender is allowed. Paypal told me this morning, that they will not pay any refund for lost packages. They also said, colourpop has to get in contact with USPS. What can I do now? This hapend to me twice now, I did not receive any packages and no refund so far.

I would suggest you go on all there social medias and lambast them. Their policy is so ridiculous!
