Danish was so patient and helpful as I was trying to figure out how to change my return flight. He went above and beyond!
Danish Aftab was as helpful as can be. He helped me through btcpay and retold me everything about my reserved flight to make sure everything sounded correct. He even went as far as letting me know if I liked the 15 hour layover which I didn't bother looking at. We then switched my flight to a different time with a better layover time.

We have had a run of terrible luck today with several delays and a canceled flight, at no fault of CheapAir. Gabbi took great care of us through it all though and got us refunds and helped us with reservations. She's my rock star and a bright spot on a cloudy day!
I noticed a mistake I made with the booking about 20 minutes after the order.
Contacted support and Danish immediately picked up, 3 minutes later it was all set and I got a new ticket in email.
He was amazingly cheerful and helped so quickly I couldn't believe it:)

I ordered tickets late at night. At the same time my bank was processing money coming into my automatic depositing. I call early AM and got same tickets secured for our upcoming cruise.
I recently booked a trip with cheapair.com and Shawn Bedran provided me with exceptional customer service. In this day in age it is difficult to even reach a human for service needs via phone, and I was able to connect with Shawn and he assisted me 3 separate times on the same day as I had to make a name change, change the departure date, and finally change the arrival date. Shawn was patient, diligent, and quick in helping me make the changes and also provided additional information. I wanted the cheapair company to know that he is a great asset to their team and to keep up the great work. I have to provide travel arrangements weekly, and as a result of this great service, cheapair will be my first choice.
I will gladly pay a higher price next time to avoid dealing with the incompetence. A simple international flight has become a nightmare. I wasted more time on the phone with these people than anything. Trust me--it is not worth it. I will never book with them again.
