Danish (#1141) made my initial CheapAir booking, Houston - Heathrow -- Split, and I was happy with his help. But when BritishAir emailed that the whole second half of my trip, Split - Heathrow - Houston, was cancelled for 9/10 Sept, Danish jumped all over it. He helped me schedule a completely different return trip and followed up with British Air and a partial refund. Because of Danish's recommendation to immediately book the new return trip, he saved me abt $600. Danish was patient and engaged, got me the specific seats I needed, and generally helped me do what I couldn't do myself. Because of him, I will keep CheapAir at the top of my list for booking international flights in the future. Thank you!
Mr. Danish was incredibly helpful and when being stressed out about making my flight when there was a 2 hour delay on the highway due to a crash when I'm trying to make it to a close family members memorial, can break even the toughest of people down.
