From the minute Danish answered the phone he was a pleasure to talk to. He was so knowledgeable and looked up my flights and changed my reservations for me and got me a great deal. He even picked out good seats for me. I will definitely use Cheap Air again and hopefully will have a chance to talk to him..

There was a typo with the name listed on my flight confirmation. Had to call and get it changed. Employee was very helpful and quickly was able to rebook my tickets with the right name with no additional cost.
I spoke with Danish Aftab, who was very polite, understanding and helpful. I don't travel a lot and was unsure about the procedures for checking in. Danish explained it to me, step by step. I was also worried that my family (3 of us) wouldn't be able to sit together on the flights. He was able to secure adjacent seats for both flights and sent me an email confirming that immediately.
