Had an issue that previously would cost me a ridiculous fee and tons of time to rectify. When I called cheapair to see what they could do, I spoke with Glen (who actually speaks perfect English) and he solved the issue super quick without an added fee. Extremely refreshing to experience that level service. I will ONLY use Cheapair when booking my flights from here on out. Great service. Fees are reasonable. And you guys accept crypto. The representative was very clear in his suggestions and followed up with me, so I felt prepared. I messed up my flight itinerary but he was reassuring and helpful.
This airline has the worse customer service. The associates a re unprofessional, insensitive and uncaring. Unfortunately and I had to make a change for departure to London because my mother's surgery was canceled and then rescheduled. I provided the airline documentation from the hospital to support my request for a change; after several talks with their associates and supervisor, I have received only a 20% refund. What a shame. My mother's surgery has been rescheduled and I wanted them to apply the ticket to my travel this month. Having to purchase another ticket is major hardship for me. I only wish I had used another airline.And lack understanding of cultural differences. I only wish I had used another airline that demonstrates fairness and commitment to satisfy their customers.

I booked two tickets from lax to sydney. We were not able to travel. American Airlines has documented that they refunded both tickets to cheapair. Cheap air did not refund either ticket back to me. I got one ticket via a credit card dispute but my stupid credit card company hasn't forced the second credit yet, and cheap air is withholding my money WHICH IS AGAINST THE LAW! Do NOT use this company! They steal from their customers!
Buying ticket in CheapAir is non recommended for unsure flight or planning to change schedule of flight, coz you will surely lose the money you payed (the whole amount).
Worse waste of time on the phone! They don't understand or they pretend not to, long hold times, if was for me I would cancel but the could not even give the information to do that! I being in hold to talk to supervise for more then 20min ( so I can get tired and hand up) they gave me to diffent answers to same question in the same day! Never again book thru here
My husband & I booked flights through this site. We needed to speak with someone on the phone. Our call was immediately answered & we were able to book our Flight & car rental. I read all the reviews below and frankly I was a little scared to book my flight through cheapair.
I've had the worst experiences in the past with other airlines, getting double charged the price of the ticket, not being able to speak to someone, last minute changes to layovers, etc. You name it.
So I decided to do it.
It took me exactly 5 minutes to book my ticket. Got a confirmation by email right away. No problem whatsoever with my payment.
I'm a little shocked here.
After-sale service - someone got in touch with me, to make sure everything was ok on my end and to let me know they remained available if I needed anything.
So I give them 5 stars and I will use cheapair again. For the prices and for the service.
After I sent first payment I started to look for some reviews on this site. I got scared when I read all the bad reviews and I thought that I was going to be robbed. After one hour of BTC verification I got an email from this site letting me know everything was ok. Of course after all I read here I did not believe it so I called the airline to ensure everything was ok. For my suprise I did not get robbed and my ticket was as I asked. Of course I got charged +$. 80.00 compare of the airline website, but who cares if I was able to pay with Bitcoin.

Awful customer service, rigged search engines, and refusal to refund customers when mistakes were made booking. AWFUL. Better to pay legitimate money and go through the online.
I found an excellent fare (or so I thought) on CheapAir last December for my family to travel to Washington DC for spring break. I usually use Google flights or Hopper and I will never stray from them again. AlaskaAir is who was being touted as being the airline for the trip. As it turns out through CheapAir, AlaskaAir then contracted these flights out to SkyWest and SPIRIT. If I would have known that SPIRIT was going to have anything to do with this flight I would NOT have bought these tickets. So, my $1520 roundtrip tickets, after all of Spirit's screw fees, is now $2000. I could have just bought round trip on Southwest or American for $2000 and would have had a better schedule, same departing and arriving airports and better schedule. I depart out Dallas Love, arrive at DCA then have to get a train to BWI to depart to arrive at DFW! This cheap ticket is costing me MORE than if I would have gone on American or Southwest. I WILL NEVER USE CHEAP AIR AGAIN. Just go with Google flights or Hopper. You will end up paying the fare posted by American, Delta, Southwest etc through travel to different airports, luggage, seat, taxis, trains, time and parking not to mention logistics of departing and arriving to different airports.
I got ripped off by cheap air. It said unavailable ticket. So i booked elsewhere. Now i am having a hard time canceling this ticket, stuck paying a penalty. Awful site, terrible customer service. AVOID USING.
Watch out for CheapAir! Number one, they are very unfriendly on the phone esp when you try to get refund after changing a flight literary. Number two, they lied. I was booking for Korean Airline. Later I found out that I booked American Airline with high fees. Korean Airline tickets are much more expensive and they put fake Airline logo by adding Korean Airline logo instead of American Airline so that they can make more money. I'll NEVER use Cheapair ever again. Beware!
My flight to see my wife that I did not see fro almost year was scheduled to start on 02/10/2018 from Omaha, however, I was not able to get to my flight because my passport is not valid for 6 months or more. Although I called United before I book my flight, they informed me that I should be able to travel if I have a passport with a one-month expiration date. So there was a false information. I tried to call United to get my money back the said I have to get the money from the travel agency that I used it to book my flight. I called them and they told me I have to call United again to see if they can give a credit in the same value of my ticket, I called and they said yes that is ok but I have to cancel my ticket first with the travel agency. I called the travel agency again and they said United policy did not allow to give you credit since I am trying to cancel after the flight departed already.
Thank you very much for destroying my vacation, my hope to see my wife. I have Syrian passport and it looks like that was enough to treat me like that.
I have no choice to renew my passport unless I go to Lebanon to renew it the.
So because of you cheapair I was not able to see my wife and not to get my money back.

I bought tickets and received no email confirmation, they called me and said I needed to pay $550 more dollars for my $126 ticket, I said I can't afford that, and they stated they will cancel my ticket. Whether or not they will charge me has yet to be seen, they stated I would not be charged but this occured thirty minutes ago and it appears this is their game. I went on the actual airlines website and bought the exact same flight and tickets for the exact same original price. It is almost extortion. You've been warned, now hopefully, this review won't get my card re-charged like the many other unlucky folks on here.!
I booked a flight for 10 people and they called to raise the price $30 a person! Do NOT use them! I went straight through the airline site and got the same price the was advertised on cheap air website. They shouldn't be in business!
